The employees were very friendly and helpful. Service was quick. The kung pao was HOT. They do need a sign that says "order here". I loved that in this day and age when tipping is over-expected that there was no space for a tip. read more

This location tends to get the flavoring wrong a lot. Also, sometimes the food will only be half full or will be filled half way with something else and when you mention this they say that that is all they have. That's fine if it's not made yet. Most of the time I can wait and if not I should still be offered the chose of a substitute and not just given one and hiding it under what I did order. I understand if it's not made yet. That's okay. I will accommodate for that or reduce my quantity of it but what I don't want is to be charged for something that I didn't okay. read more

I drove up at 9:43 and ordered my food at drive thru however I was informed that I would need to wait about 10 -15 minutes because the food needed to be cooked? I was VERBALLY assaulted by a representative named TED at this location whom I believe is the manager. He snatched my receipt from me because I asked for a refund! After waiting 5 minutes at the register he returned with an attitude scolding me for asking for my money back after paying for the food. I asked for a refund because I waited 15-20 mins for items they did not have out. After the we're finally available the team member who served me did not prepare my plate the same as other customers and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Not that that needed to be explained. After being scolded I asked if he was paid by the hour? He immediately got defensive and told me "it doesn't matter get the F*** out of here and proceeded to call me a rude a** b****. Not sure if this is how panda is training their employees to treat customers but it's EXTREMELY unacceptable. And I definitely will be going to corporate. read more

Beware - Panda Express now uses an AI system to place your order at the drive thru, which increases customer frustration. It gets the order wrong, and the experience overall is annoying. I asked the system to get a human, and the human told me they were out of white rice - a 20 minute wait (at 6pm??). When I asked if they had Fried rice, they talked over me! I left frustrated without placing an order. Way to go, losers! 1-star because 0 wasn't an option! Horrible experience!! read more

Haven't ordered here in forever. Delivered. My broccoli and beef had one piece of meat and four pieces of broccoli, the portion sizes are so skimpy! Panda Express used to be a great value. But I spent $5 more than I did a year ago and got about half the food? I won't be ordering again. read more

I've been to this location many of times and every time the food is either gross or something is forgotten so I couldn't help but leave a review this time. First of all, I work in the restaurant industry so it takes a lot to get me to write a bad review. I know that there are many factors that can contribute to a bad experience so I wait till it's apparant and consistent. I'm particular about having chopsticks with noodles and Asian/Chinese food in general and I would say about 8 times out of 10 they don't give me any when I request some every time. I asked in the drive through AND at the window. This particular time I ordered a lot of food and immediately worried my eyes were bigger than my stomach but with the quality being so awful I'm glad now that I did or I wouldn't be full. The noodles were about 80% cabbage (not an exaggeration) and I rarely eat the cabbage so most of it went to waste. The beef and broccoli was clearly old had no bite or crunch to it, completely soft broccoli (which was funny cause I assumed I'd be getting fresher food with the line being somewhat long) and the beef was so gross to the point I almost stopped eating right away. Felt like I was eating cat food that had been quickly put in the microwave. It wasn't any better than a cheap tv dinner. It was super fatty and mushy too. But I hadn't eaten all day so...hopefully I don't get food poisoning. The orange chicken was pretty much a big blobby mush and mostly dark meat chicken, not a single indivitual peice and nothing bite size which to me was super strange. The wontons weren't cooked enough and had no crunch also making them super bland. I had to cover them in soy sauce and use the (half filled) sweet and sour just to get through them. The veggie rolls were the best part and even then it was my first and last time ordering those. Crispy outside, mushy inside. Also no napkins at all. And the ice from the tea was completely melted before I even made it home. It's safe to say I won't be having panda express any time soon and probably never returning to this location. The only saving grace was that the staff wasn't particularly rude. Not that they were super friendly either... It only looks like I ate more but I gave a decent amount of the protein to my dog...she had no complaints. read more

Sadly, every time we go to this location (Anna) the food is either not ready or is old. The prices keep going up and the portions keep getting smaller. A couple of times one person has started helping us, then handed us off to another person. Both act as if we are an inconvenience. We love Panda Express and are disappointed that we have yet to have a good experience at this location. read more
