So again my personal experience at the time of drive through. So first I'm starting off as the wait time. To me when you go through a drive through it's supposed to be fast but I do know if the food is good that day then I understand some wait may be part of the process. So when they told me 15 min and to pull to the front that they will bring it out. So when I pulled around to the front and seen three vehicles beside myself I thought a little longer wait time. But then two employees came out with two bags for two customers then a third well it was looking up. But a quick note on the window service: actually very pleasant, the young lady was super nice and very polite. So I'd say my wait time was less than 12 minutes. So now the food. Well now I order a large Honey Walnut Shrimp @15.90, large Orange Chicken @11.40, medium Honey Sesame @8.70 and one large Cho Main @ 5.60. I can't figure out why it said two halves of Cho Main? Does the food look like the reader/menu board. All except the orange chicken and that's a lot darker in your bowl. Now the taste is actually pretty good for fast food and well it's classified as fast food although you can go in and eat. The only thing was the orange chicken was on the dry side but all in all It's still pretty good food. So let me go back to wait time. I ordered at the drive through and they got my order wrong, I turned around and headed back and wasn't treated very well for asking that they correct my order. I then asked for a refund they then refused. So, I called the corporate office and they did give me a full refund and promised training for the crew in Albany in the future. I will give them another shot in a year. Until then, I wish them luck with their training as I think this will help them out in the long run. To the management, I will say this, NEVER, EVER punish a customer for coming back and giving you a chance to fix YOUR problem. Well hang on old sport they got something special for you. On September 1st, my wife ordered a bowl with Mushroom chicken and fried rice. What she got was brown rice with beef. I really love Panda Express but this particular location cannot get orders correct. I have given them multiple times to prove me wrong but today they have again proven me right. It's little things like forgetting teriyaki sauce or forgetting an entree or like what happened today, putting in the wrong side dish. Their food has never had any issues and is on par with other Panda Express locations however 9/10 times there is a disappointing mix up and I find out at home. I have called the store on occasion and they offer to make it right, which is great, but this happens too often and should be addressed. Actually, if I could, I would give 4 stars on weekdays, and 2 stars on weekends for this location. When choosing a fast food option, Chinese or otherwise, all I really expect is some level of consistency in terms of fast, friendly service and a fairly decent food quality. What I have found most consistent here is that there is a vast difference in these areas on Saturday and Sunday versus the other days of the week. My recommendation is to choose another option on the weekend, and go during the week instead. Their most popular entrée is their Orange Chicken. Normally I like it, but tonight (Sunday) mine tasted way wrong. Super salty. I like that they offer veggies as a side dish instead of chow mein or fried rice (or you can get 1/2 veggies & 1/2 chow mein or fried rice) , but I do wish that they were sautéed, rather than steamed. If steaming is the restaurant's preferred method though, then my request would be to have them steamed longer because they are always near raw. read more

The Orange chicken is usually moderately fresh, as it's the most popular and rotates pretty fast, but the others may sit for awhile. Are you hungry? Panda Express is never skimpy with the food. They have some good staples, but some of the limited time items are the best dishes. This location is not in the greatest spot. Hard to get in and out and shares a parking lot, so parking is limited. I've also been here several times when they have to cook the items you want.
