It looks new and there weren't any reviews yet but we were very pleased and are glad to do one. We had a thin crust pizza with lots of stuff on it and it was very good. Service was friendly and prompt. Our order was filled quickly. The restaurant looks exceptionally clean. There is a counter with 3 or 4 chairs but this is primarily a take out place.

When I ordered again 2 weeks later, said dip was denied. The delivery driver apparently DID NOT have the authority to deliver on his promise and the panago call center felt no remorse. I guess we are all just another order number when dealing with panago. Alas my will is too weak to say no to there delicious pie, so here I am ordering another tasty za from this evil corporation Thanks for the reply Stephanie. The DM option doesn't seem to be available on the yelp page but the number used for the order was 7788392877

The store is fine. Basic grocery store with what you need. My personal experience with one of their…read morecashiers though was unfortunate and I hope they can train their employees better about how to treat customers. The cashier lady was ringing up my groceries and asked me if the apricots on the belt were peaches or nectarines. I told her that they were neither and were actually apricots. She then looks at me accusingly as if I'm trying to steal and says "Those aren't apricots. Apricots are small. Are they peaches or nectarines? I again inform her that the small, fuzzy orange and red things that look like apricots in front of her are indeed apricots and she responds by taking the bag of fruit and walking over to the produce section to see if she can figure out what these mysterious objects that she has made it perfectly clear she thinks I'm trying to steal are. After she confirms I'm not trying to steal peaches or nectarines by declaring them as apricots (which are more expensive anyway), she finally goes back to the line she has been failing to keep moving and finishes ringing up my groceries. Maybe it's because I was a bit sweaty because I was stopping in on a bike trip but this woman had a real attitude with me when all I was trying to do was buy some apricots. One of the reviews that's "not recommended" seems to share a similar experience where someone was presumed to be stealing because of how they looked.

Basic Kneads replied to our questions quickly and exceeded all of our expectations. She arrived at the appropriate time, set up and left us to eat and celebrate. It was prefect and cost effective. I would highly recommend Basic Kneads Catering and will use them again if I am in the Spokane area.

It's well worth the drive with plenty of parking on the street and close by. It's not a quiet place, being a pub, but doubly so when the Jays are playing the Yankees in the ALDS up two nothing and 12 runs having been scored in the first four innings. If you're looking for peace and quiet go elsewhere. It's an interesting place, with plenty of charisma. The staff writer as great, helpful and accommodating of perhaps a little prone to tending the tables instead of us at the bar. That said we didn't feel neglected at all even though we were left pretty much alone after our food was dropped. My chicken souvlaki was quite good, with big chunks of chicken breast that was very nicely cooked, not dry at all, not easy to accomplish. The potato and rice pilaf was also very good, as was the tzatziki and the pita. Solid meal! The lovely K had the Veggie Alfredo with Caesar salad and garlic bread which was plentiful, piping hot and tasty. The salad we shared was shaved romaine with diced red onion, dill and apple cider vinaigrette. It didn't sound good to me, but we ordered it anyway, and it was really good.
