They forgot my dip upon delivery so I was promised a free one on my next order. I was fine with this agreement taking the delivery driver for his word and trusting in his authority to provide me with a free dip on a later date. When I ordered again 2 weeks later, said dip was denied. The delivery driver apparently DID NOT have the authority to deliver on his promise and the panago call center felt no remorse. I guess we are all just another order number when dealing with panago. Alas my will is too weak to say no to there delicious pie, so here I am ordering another tasty za from this evil corporation Thanks for the reply Stephanie.
