I was greeted immediately and the woman was very friendly. We got started right away on my service. She took her time making sure to clean my toes up nicely and remove the paint I already had on. Everything turned out great and I was finished within an hour. I really liked that they have a TV that you can watch and the program she chose was very interesting and educational about different areas of the world. Will definitely be back :)

I believe these are probably the prettiest nails I've ever had and the gal who did them did amazing on the designs! I am happy to announce that Amazin Nails did a wonderful job rescuing my botched nails. They are strong, healthy, and look great, and it's been over a week now. Not only that, but it was even cheaper than other salons I've been to! Finally, I appreciated the lovely atmosphere, clean work environment, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them and will be going back regularly!

The paint was applied unevenly and feels rough, and I don't expect it to last more than a day or two before chipping. The design doesn't match on each foot and lacks the clean, polished look you would expect--especially for an added charge. I understand not everyone is skilled at doing nail designs, and that's okay. However, it would be more professional to ask a coworker for help or be upfront if you're not confident, rather than proceed and charge for a result that clearly isn't done well. My daughter paid less when she originally got her nails done than you were trying to charge her today. She called and let you know there were issues, made an appointment to have it fixed, brought in all the nails that fell and was told you needed to do a full set to fix it. We never imagined you would try charging to fix the mistake of your employee improperly performing the service in the first place, let alone more than she originally even paid at $75!!!! You offered a minimal discount. I originally thought you said to pay $15 and when I clarified you said to pay $50. I never left without paying, the fact you would even state that is absurd. In fact, I payed you almost $180 for my nails and 2 pedicures and have the receipt as proof. I told you I was not paying an additional $75 for the nails that were previously paid for by my daughter to be properly done and you had to fix. I would never step foot in your shop again! Look how horrible of a job you did on my nails, and this was before we even discussed payment!!

The technician couldn't ended up passing her off to another technician who also continued it not knowing what he was doing. The whole time having numerous employees walking by and looking at her while talking to each other in their own language . When she asked how much they said 65 she questioned them about it since they didn't end up not doing anything but a French manicure Because she was upset and just settled. They made rude remarks back to her and said she had wasted their time and product. I felt bad for her and I will never go their again after witnessing rude behavior and remarks towards customers.
