Ana called designers, checked on stock, found the dresses, etc. She was so patient with us while we tried on and then re-tried on dresses until we found the right ones! This has been a NIGHTMARE!!! ZERO STARS!!! We ordered the bridesmaids dress April and was told they would be here early July to mid July. It's kind of sad I'm seeing a ton of bad reviews from this place because I feel the quit opposite! I went in for some bridesmaid gowns back in December and worked with Anna. She was amazing at hearing what we wanted. Getting all the girls into dresses to try on. We were in and out in one hour and 2 girls bought their dresses there. They should be arriving here in a couple of months before the wedding. I also had to get a new wedding dress so i came back to Panache and Anna helped us again! She is so sweet and helped me with every little desire I had in a dress. She was constantly pulling new dresses to find the perfect one. When i finally DID find the perfect one it was expensive and out of my budget range but Anna and her manager gave me a discount and made it work for me. I was so thankful. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT I don't recommend this place at all, as others have stated very bad communication and unorganized!! I ordered my dress 8/17/17 SEVEN MONTHS before my wedding 3/15/18. The day I found my dress it was a size 10 it looked and fit great! No alterations right? Why did Rosa say I needed a 12 because this dress has been tried on by many and it is stretched out.. ok sounds right but I was losing weight I said their would be no issue I still have 7 months to go. She said I have heard this many times honey, order a 12 and we can do alterations for you if needed. I went back and forth and finally decided this is her job she knows more than I do about this. This was MY SECOND MISTAKE was not listening to my gut! I never got a call once my dress arrived I called and it was not finally someone called to say "your dress is here why haven't you been by" welllll if I would have known I would have! Trying on my dress once I got there it was huge :( I needed chicken cutlets for the deep V it had. The lady said I can do for you, ok perfect WRONG the chest part was so coney. I hated my dress you guys! I had my dress altered 3X and I literally picked my dress up the day before my wedding! I also paid to have my dress and veil steamed, the day before my wedding when I came to pick it up they didn't know where it was. It was in the closet hanging where it was "supposed" to be getting steamed. I honestly don't know if it was I know my veil was super wrinkly. Cherry on top of the ice cream! Do NOT give this place a single cent! As other reviews show, their history of communication and number of "vendor errors" is INCREDIBLY suspect! Ordered bridesmaids dresses with my fellow bridesmaids on January 20th for a May 12th wedding. We were told the dresses would arrive mid-March - sounds great! Mid-March became mid-April which became late-April. Keep in mind, the store never called to offer up this info - we only learned when one of us called to ask about it! The last week of April, the bride got a call that the dresses would become May 5 - 8: a week or less before her wedding! Totally unacceptable for long dresses that needed alterations. The bride's father tried to get refunds for us all and was declined. He received an email at 4:30 on Wednesday, May 9th that the dresses were in and no refund could be issues since they were there "on time." Wait, what? They did say we could come in and and they would rush alter them with just regular alterations charges, but since we read other Yelpers' reviews, we didn't want to add to our stress. Plus, who can alter four long dresses in basically 24 hours? As it stands, the store refuses a refund and we are all out money for dresses we did not wear. If we're being honest, my mom put off searching for her wedding/vow renewal dress for way too long and we were left with little option other than David's Bridal or buying something off the rack. We weren't convinced after our appointment at DB and didn't have an appointment anywhere else so we came on a whim to see if we could just browse. Somehow we got really lucky and were squeezed in and got to work with an awesome young woman, Villa, who did a FANTASTIC job. My mom thought she knew what she wanted, but still tried on a dozen dresses. Villa was patient and had great taste... My mom loved almost everything Villa brought and just couldn't narrow it down until the very end. We purchased the dress, got her measured for alterations, picked accessories, and were out in less than 3 hours. I've never planned a wedding before, but that feels like it was pretty good! Gather round fellow brides and hear my story of October 20th, the day this store sold me a DISCONTINUED wedding dress. TL;DR DONT GO HERE! STORE OF WRECKED DREAMS! Ladies, I live in California. My mom and BFF, however, are in ya'll's country. Texas. So I took a week, flew out, and prayed to have that dream moment every little girl wants with their momma while picking their wedding dress. On day 2, Oct 20, the three of us went to Panache. No one was at the front desk. We found out poor Ana was there alone. She showed us the shop and I told her what I was looking for. She helped as much as she could but there were others in the the store so mostly I was pulling my own gowns. At some point she was able to come back down and help me try gowns on. Then it happened. I found THE dress. Ladies, you know, THE ONE!!! And my MOM was there!! I had my dream moment! My BFF took pics, My mom hugged me... I ugly cried tears of joy. I paid in full and spent the rest of my week wedding planning, shoe shopping, and taking in all the love I miss from my parents on the daily. I flew home Oct. 24. A few days later I decided to look up the dress online to stick a pic on my wedding Pinterest, and that, fellow brides, is how I found out my dream was a nightmare. Clearly stated on the website was the dress listed as being discontinued. I called the salon and was told that not only did they know, but they had found out the day prior! Yes, only 1 (one) day prior. but they did not initiate any contact with me at all. I know this is long so I'll wrap up. Everything went downhill from there. Excuses piled up, Sweetie, listed as the manager, eventually called me and said she is also the owner? and apologized (more excuses). The dress is not the biggest issue here. I actually just went here recently to help my friend try on gowns and the lady who helped us was the sweetest.... I wish I could remeber her name but she was amazing and so patient. Also went here about a month ago to help my daughter look at prom dresses and they had a beautiful selection, we also went to Muzzies and I must say this shop has the exact same dresses as Muzzies but for HALF THE COST!! They also have tons of headpieces to choose from including some that are replicas of Mehghan Markle's, Kate Middleton's and Princess Diana's wedding tiaras. Hello neighbors, I just want to vent and get feedback (advice) on this situation. If this happened to you I would also like to know. If not, and you can just share it I would appreciate it. My sisters wedding is Friday and this should be the happiest day of her life. However, it's actually a big nightmare!! We received the dresses on Tuesday but most of us picked up Saturday. All the dresses were the wrong sizes. My daughter is 13 and will no longer get to participate in the bridesmaid party as although shes 5'1 and Weights 120 they order her a sz 10 dress!! When we paid down payment and got sized we order a sz 6 for her. Please note that at the first meeting they only had the dress on sz 10(big on all of us). The second time they only had a sz 8 to try. This is all wrong as we trusted that they were the experts and they did us wrong. I was trying to work with the manager but that was impossible. I lost it when she said she did my daughter a favor by ordering this sz as the 6 would have never fitted her. She was so insensitive that she said my daughters waist was bigger than mine. Out teenagers have enough insecurities all on their own.( I did get a refund for hers) but that's aside the point as she will no longer be a bridesmaid(heartbroken) as we would ALL have to get a refund to buy something else. It is too late to order anything else so we would be stuck with department store purchases. They won't own up to it and state that we signed a contract (some us did get the info right but not the others). If you look them up online it seems tht this is a constant issue for them. The dresses were 176 and we can't afford to spend more money with out getting a refund on these. We just want them to do the right thing and refund us and were told by other alteration places that this type of dress cannot be altered(type, material etc). They won't lose as either way someone else that actually fits it will buy it. Please let me know if anything else can be done. All help is appreciated!! Do not buy any dresses from them online they are fraud company. Before doing my perches online a specifically contacted to them to know they return police. And they told me you can return your wedding gown. When I got the my wedding gown it was surprising for me because it is not the same dress as they advertising. I contacted too many times to the store and know they are saying different stuffs. Too many times I try to reach out to the manager but she is never in the store. Which is kind of weird. At first, I thought Panache Bridal was a great place to get my girls bridesmaids dresses from. I had 10 girls order their dresses from there. One of my bridesmaids got measured and paid her deposit like 2 months before the other ladies so that we could get the discounted rate. So, when they called in February 2018 saying all the dresses were back we were excited. However, when we got there the same bridesmaid that paid her deposit first, her dress was missing. I was like why you didn't say anything over the phone or check the inventory before calling me. We had to take off work to go and get those dresses. Of course, they came up with a lame excuse. Blaming it on the manufacturer, however I believe they never ordered hers. To stop it off, they made my bridesmaid pay the remaining balance even though her dress was not in. So, they got in contact with the manufacturer and they told me the dress will be in the beginning of March. March came and still no dress. Then they said it would be the beginning of April. I was so upset. I was like it is 3 months until my wedding and my bridesmaid needs to get alterations done. I kept calling every other week and one lady said the dress had a malfunction and she asked did they tell me that. I said no, no one told me the dress had a malfunction. If that was the case I wouldn't have been so upset, but I believe they was just lying to cover up the fact they never ordered it. They are unprofessional. Her dress finally came at the end of April. When you call, they leave you on hold for several minutes before coming back on the line or sometimes they would just hang up. Another thing I didn't like is they measured all my girls then had them chose a size of the dress that was close to the measurements. I don't agree with that. If the dress is custom made send the measurements, because what happened was majority of my girl's dresses was too big in the bust and needed to have costly alterations. Panache Bridal is a joke. Stay away from this shop. Luckily all the girls do have the dresses now for my upcoming wedding in June. I'm glad I didn't get my bridal gown from them. Beware of this shop. I've come to Panache for both of my daughters prom dresses. Their service is great especially under the busyness and pressure of prom season. What I love is that I found one of a kind gowns here. You won't see the same dress in different sizes and my daughters did not have the nightmare of seeing someone at prom with the same gown. However you get what you pay for... Paid $300 for one gown and $600 on sale for another plus about $80 worth of alterations. The dress did fit like a glove after alterations and both my girls looked flawless on prom night. read more

I ordered my wedding dress at the end of August and was told to do rush shipping to ensure that it arrives for a 10/25 wedding date. I paid an additional $50 to "super rush" the order with an understanding that my dress would arrive end of September. Last week I was starting to get a bit concerned about the location of my dress. I called the first time and was told they would get back to me. No one called. I called again and was told it would be in mid October (NOT what I was told originally). I called again and was told something different- end of September, beginning of October. Called again- I was told this tome that it would be in on Friday. Perfect! I even waited until Sunday to give a little more time for late deliveries to the store. I show up on Sunday and there is no dress!!! The owner said that she didn't know why anyone would tell me it was coming in on Friday but the kicker was that she didn't even know where it was and she had ZERO interest in trying to find out while I was in the store. She took my number and she says she will call me with more info. She was not interested in helping me anymore but really concerned about all the little high school girls and their homecoming dresses. I have purchased a prom dress in 2008 (over $500 with alterations) and was very happy with the customer service. Since May of last year, I purchased FOUR wedding dresses from Panache, so over 8K in business to them. My daughter lost 60 pounds and the wedding dress they told her could be altered could not be altered with a good result. INSTEAD of giving her a credit towards a new dress, they had her buy ANOTHER DRESS (Had I been with her I would not have purchased another dress from them). They should have more compassion and care about return customers. I was going to send my daughters friend there to shop and my niece who will also be getting married this year but I will NEVER AGAIN SHOP AT PANACHE or send customer's there unless they make this right. 1700.00 down the drain! read more

The only reason I didn't give Panache 1 star is because of Vanessa. She truly is amazing. She helped me find my wedding dress and has always been helpful and nice (even though she's extremely difficult to connect with on the phone). Even though Vanessa is great, I 100% regret getting my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses at Panache. Vanessa is the only nice and seemingly competent person I have dealt with at Panache. When I went to go try on my wedding dress for the FIRST time, no one could find it. They asked if they called to tell me it was in and I told them that they had. After searching for 45 minutes and calling the designer to confirm that the dress had actually been delivered, someone finally found it in the back. When they brought it out, it was still in the box - they did not even take the time to take the dress out of the box, put it on a hanger, and fluff it up a bit. No bride wants to see her wedding dress in a cardboard box! Once they finally found the dress, I went to go put it on in the dressing room. When the dress wouldn't button in the back, the lady asked me if I was on my period, suggesting that I was too bloated to wear the dress. Turns out, the wrong size dress had been ordered for me. In reality, I had lost 1 inch in my bust and 1.5 inches in my waist since the dress was ordered. To say the least, not only was I upset that the dress didn't fit, but I was also offended by the lady asking if I was on my period. VANESSA WAS NOT PART OF THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We stopped here yesterday morning to look for bridal dresses for my cousin who is on a time crunch for her wedding. Although we didn't have an appointment and it was a Saturday, Terri, one of the employees was simply amazing! I don't know if it was because we were there early but she didn't turn us away and was extremely helpful in helping my cousin find the right dress for her. She listened to what my cousin wanted, keeping her budget in mind and really tried to pull as many dresses as she could for her. We visited this shop in early August 2015 to look for bridesmaid dresses. There were several garbage bags outside the front door the 2 times we visited. We were NEVER GREETED OR APPROACHED by any of the 3 employees that were chatting and standing at the front counter for the entire visit. When we needed help, there was no one willing to assist. The attendant did not introduce herself so we just picked our own dresses. She asked nothing about my style I was looking for. We told her what happened at DB and she immediately went looking to find me something I would love. She found me 3 dresses that I LOVED and she made me feel like a star walking out of the dressing room. There was no pressure on me to make a decision right then and there and I was made to feel extra relaxed. If your looking for dresses this is not the place to spend your money at! We ordered bridesmaids dresses for the wedding this Friday and when we went to pick them up, I got the wrong size! I was a size 6 and I got an 10!!Then we realized they gave all of us the wrong sizes. That is completely unacceptable especially if this is your job and the dresses came in less than a week before the wedding! After a terrible experience with the owner of Debbie's, I called Panache and not only were they able to get the dress I saw at Debbie's and match the price, they were just plain NICE! I dealt with Rosa but she was busy when I got there and a young girl at the counter was happy to help me until Rosa was free. We tried on the DREAM dress we found at Debbie's and Rosa knew how ti clip it properly so we could really see the fit. And, the best news, my daughter is a perfect size 6 and with the heels she tried on there, probably no hemming either. STAY AWAY! I understand a normal return policy no refunds, but I drove in from the DFW area to help my niece purchase her dream prom dress at Panache Feb 2020. We had already went to a few other stores when she found her dress at panache. We purchased the dress right off the rack, and it was not cheap, $500.00. The dress was beautiful, a tad too big, but the sales lady let us know that if we did not purchase this dress then she could not guarantee its arrival due to the Covid-19. She stated that the dress would be coming from overseas and Panache would not be able to guarantee the arrival. So I purchased the dress and was expecting to make the proper alterations to it. Thankfully I did not. About 2 weeks later, Covid-19 lockdown happened, and the schools cancelled everything, I mean everything. I immediately contacted Panache, via telephone and emailed numerous times waiting for a reply from Manager or store owner regarding the purchase and if they were going to be making any exceptions due to the PANDEMIC. Never got one. I explained the situation, the dress was not altered, still tags on, and in perfect buying condition. She expressed to me that I was not able to return the dress, no exceptions. I even offered to have them buy it back at a discounted price, I understand having to restock the dress, and what not, but to no avail. They offered me nothing but a 25% discount on a newly purchased dress on any occasion that comes up in the future. I politely declined. This companies return policy needs to amended! Given the circumstances, alternative resolutions regarding the purchased dresses should have been given to paying customers. This is the worst place you can go! All of the reviews on this place are true. I am extremely infuriated. My bridesmaids dresses came in on Tuesday and my wedding is this coming up Friday. They messed up on their ordered giving them dresses that were two sizes up from what they had asked for my niece is no longer able to participate in my wedding because her dress was a size 10 and she needed a size 6! And for the rest of my bridesmaids to the store's convenience need alterations which adds and extra expense when the dresses we ordered were already 176! Imagine that what is supposed to be an unnecessary alteration because you get fitted to receive a dress that is your size and you get one that is not so you are forced to alternate the dress. Now these dresses where not long they where not supposed to need alterations! read more
