Well now, where to begin. My friend and I were pressed for time, so the Park City food court was where we ended up. We actually started at Charley's (decent cheese steaks for a chain) but changed our minds because the couple in front of us apparently had never ordered a cheese steak before and my patience was at zero. So, Pan Pacific it was. The girl at the counter explained all of the options and we both went with the honey chicken and rice. I also chose an egg role, and we ordered two bottles of soda. As we're finishing up ordering, an older man strolls in from the back, looking like he'd just woken up from a nap, comes up to the register and just starts hitting some keys on the machine. He then says "That'll be $17.29." We were both confused because that seemed like a bit much and we also couldn't figure out where he even got the total from unless the girl getting us the food had somehow telepathically transmitted the information to him. I started to question it, but the girl stepped in and said that was correct. I did a quick mental calculation and it seemed about right. The girl then asked my friend if we'd like the food for here or to go. My friend replied "for here" and the girl responded "ok, to go!". We then took our food to a table and proceeded to eat. The honey chicken was over cooked and reminded my of a funnel cake (I know, weird). I had also ordered a shrimp egg roll, which was packed with two small shrimp. Oh, and our bottles of soda were expired. And flat. Sorry Pan Pacific, next time we'll just grit our teeth and wait at Charley's. read more
