Our meal was preceded by an included order of the garlic knots with marinara sauce, which were hot and quite tasty. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the dish was very creamy (garlic cream sauce) with plenty of spinach. The chicken could have been a little more tender and a little more prevalent, and overall the dish lacked salt. Adding a dash of salt hit the mark. Our waitress was very attentive and the place was comfortable and was not crowded. I will continue to come back. It's nothing fancy but just good basic Italian food.

Another big plus is having a local vegan option with vegan cheese. I'm not vegan myself, but my parents and brother are for health reasons. Whenever they come visit Burleson, the vegan choices are pretty limited, so it's great to have another place they can order from. I'm interested to see how they do with MOD Pizza nearby. The flavor of the pizza was actually pretty good, but both the pizza and cheese bread seemed undercooked. The cheese bread was still doughy in the center, and the pizza crust was very soft, soggy, and oily instead of having any crispness to it. There's definitely potential here, but the execution just wasn't there on this visit.
