Excellent food. Generous portions. Fresh ingredients. We visited twice during parents' weekend at IUP and enjoyed both visits. The food is excellent. Fresh sushi, chicken terryacki, shrimp street noodles, spicy tuna poke bowl. Everything was delicious and the prices are very reasonable, especially given the portion sizes. We will definitely be back.

Spring rolls, Pan Asia roll and more!

Loved all of the sushi I have tried so far - so many choices and always so fresh. Small place but the atmosphere is warm and very clean. Takeout is also available and try the Pho!

Bangin' sushi platter they made for my office party!

Best sushi around and the noodles are incredible. A nice quiet little café right on Philadelphia Street worth some of the nicest people and best food around. My go-to choice for sushi any day.

My husband & I finally tried Pan Asia for our Anniversary today. This place did NOT disappoint. We got a little bit of everything to try. Our food spice levels were only a 2. Perfect for me. My street noodles were amazing. My husband loved the Ramen he ordered. The sushi menu was great, tons of options. Everything tasted wonderful. The place it self is a bit cozy, but service was great. Staff was kind. Food was fresh and hot. We will definitely be coming here again.

Dynamite roll

Absolutely incredible. Everything was so good. I had the pork tonkatsu ramen and a dynamite roll, with a strawberry bubble tea to drink. The broth was outstanding and the roll was perfect.

The funky vibe never disappoints, and the servers were friendly and attentive without hovering. My husband and I kicked things off with the Spicy Pork Lettuce Wraps, which disappeared way too quickly. I ordered the Tuna Crispy Rice with spicy tuna, crispy fried sushi rice, jalapeño, and avocado. It was the perfect balance of crunch, spice, and freshness. My husband went with the Chirashi Bowl, packed with tuna, salmon, hamachi, roe, seaweed salad, avocado, shiso, chives, and sushi rice. We wrapped things up with the Chocolate Maki, because apparently "we'll just skip dessert" is something people say but never actually do. The dark chocolate mousse, chocolate pistachio crêpe, and pistachio cream were rich, decadent, and worth every bite. Soba continues to prove that even a random Wednesday can feel like a night out. Guess we'll have to keep coming back for quality control.

The atmosphere at Soba is undeniably gorgeous and fancy, and from a service standpoint, the staff was a absolute super. We had a large party, and even though joining tables isn't really their standard setup, they were incredibly patient, gracious, and accommodated us without hesitation. Our server was super knowledgeable, gave great recommendations, and we ad fun all night right up until closing. The appetizers started off strong: the Shrimp Tempura was wonderfully crispy with a delicious dipping sauce, the Tuna Crispy Rice was great, and the Double Salmon Roll had an (interesting) exotic twist with jalapeño on top. Unfortunately, things took a sharp turn with my main dish, the Crab Fried Rice. While the portion was huge, the flavor was extremely bland and flat--the crab got completely lost in a sea of rice. Worse, it was absolutely overwhelmed by an HUGE amount of cilantro; even as someone who likes cilantro, finding a giant bunch buried in the bowl totally ruined the dish. My friends' dishes, like the Chirashi, looked an tasted much better. To make matters worse, a few hours after returning home, I became violently ill and stayed sick for the entire next day--something that almost never happens to me. While I truly appreciate the incredible hospitality and front-of-house team, the combination of a disappointing dish and getting so sick afterward makes it impossible for me to give this place more than 2 stars.

Location: Pan Asia is a part of a strip mall and while it's unassuming on the outside, the inside is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. While I didn't spend too much time inside, it appeared very clean and there was ample space for groups to sit. When I picked up my food around 6pm on A Sunday, it was pretty empty. Customer Service: It was good! I assume the woman at the front desk is the same person who took my call and she was very pleasant and friendly. Food: Good serving sizes. We ordered the Hunan Chicken and Mongolian Beef and both came with a side of white rice. I upgraded my rice to fried rice for an additional $1.50. Flavor wise- the food was fine although I would have liked it to be more seasoned. Especially for the hunan chicken, I added a bit of salt, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper to make it suit my taste better. Even though it was marked as a spicy item on the menu- I didn't find it spicy at all. One could prob request a higher spice level. And even though I found the food just alright, I still ate it all since it met my Netflix and Chinese takeout needs. For all of these reasons, I gave 4 stars.

Japanese and Korean options, and more. Every single food option from Mola to Sumi is out of this world. There's a bar that brings all of the kitchens together. Novo Asian Food Hall is a collection of Asian food, drinks, and desserts in the Strip District, specifically located in the Terminal building. There are individual restaurants and businesses serving their specific cuisine. There is a bar in the center of the floor, a non-alcoholic drink place, a bakery, and several restaurants. At the time of this visit, there were 4 different food stands, 1 tea/drink stand, 1 bakery stand, and the bar area. There is not specific designated parking for the Food Hall, but there is paid parking all around the Terminal building. Additionally, there are other options for street and paid lot parking throughout the Strip. There are several entrances to Novo - from the Terminal side on Smallman Street, from the back side of the building, and also a side entrance if you are already in the Terminal. The Food Hall is very large, and is easily identified with the signage. We stopped in on this night a little before 8 PM, and it was not too crowded. There were patrons for the restaurants and at the bar, but there were still plenty of seats all around the place. There are high and low top tables all around the dining room, and there is even bar seating in the center. You can sit wherever you please, as it is open seating. There are water pitchers and cups placed near the trash cans that are available for use by anyone in the Hall. On this trip, we purchased food from KungFu Chicken and Tan Vac Lien 2. Everything we had was good! It is nice to be able to mix and match different foods from the various stands to create a meal. I like to try new items from the different stands each time I visit the Food Hall. However, I have found some favorites that I find myself going back to each time (Fishcake Corn Dog!) The prices throughout Novo vary depending on which stand you are at. Some items can be a little pricy, but overall I believe the pricing is fair. A plus of being able to get such a variety of items is that you can share with a group, which may help to keep the cost manageable. Novo has good hours, but not all the stands are always all open at the same time. So, I would double check the place you wish to go will be open during your visit. Overall, I really like Novo Asian Food Hall, both conceptually and in practice. This has been a fun addition to the Strip, and I have enjoyed getting to try lots of different foods and cuisine during my visits. My only critique/note is that I hope that the vacancy of one of the stands can be filled quickly to add even more options and variety. I would recommend stopping here if you are looking for authentic Asian cuisine with a fun, social atmosphere. I look forward to trying even more of the options here during my future visits!

My husband and I have been a takeout customer of Eiwa many times over years. For our visits, the cook quickly cooked our foods, and the hostess and waiter very promptly and courteously served us. Here are my reviews for our foods: Crab cheese wonton - 4.5 stars - The wonton wrappers were crispy, and they were filled with cream cheese and some crab meat and seasonings. These wontons tasted similar to other restaurants' wontons. Miso soup - 4.5 stars - My husband ate this miso soup, and he described it as "good." Vegetable spring rolls - 4.5 stars - These spring rolls were a little oily but tasted very good. Chicken egg rolls - 4 stars - My husband ate these egg rolls, and he seemed to enjoy them. Pork gyoza - 4.5 stars - This appetizer consisted of six pieces of potstickers that were filled with a good amount of ground pork and some vegetables. On the side was a spicy sauce. Bao buns - 4.5 stars - I ordered the spiced beef, and I liked it. Other available flavors include chicken and pork. Shrimp tempura platter with kabocha squash and sweet potato - 4.5 stars - The shrimps, squash, and sweet potatoes were very fresh, and their tempura batter was crispy. Okonomiyaki - 4.5 stars - Several flavorful pancakes contained seafood and zucchini, and they were topped with sauce, mayonnaise, and bonito flakes. Chicken Katsudon - 5 stars - The chicken meat was large and juicy, and its panko breading was crispy. Tonkotsu ramen - 5 stars - My husband has repeatedly ordered this flavor of ramen. This ramen contained pork belly, noodles, spinach, mushroom, seaweed, bamboo shoots, and egg. My husband chose to purchase extra noodles. He said that this ramen tasted "really good", "delicious," and like a "higher quality." Spicy miso ramen - 4.5 stars - I had asked for some spice, but this ramen tasted a little milder than I had expected. I assume that the cook can make it spicier for other people. Ingredients were pork, bean sprouts, seaweed, corn, scallion, and egg, and I liked the flavors. Vegetarian ramen - 5 stars - This ramen was very flavorful, despite not containing meats and being made at my preferred "not spicy" level. Creamy curry vegetable soup - 4.5 stars - This curry soup was moderately spicy and contained a small amount of vegetables. Shoyu ramen - 4.5 stars - My husband ate this ramen two times. He liked the flavors. He described the first bowl as "oily" but said that the second bowl was better. Niku udon - 5 stars - The udon noodles were nicely chewy. The broth, beef, and onion were flavorful. Tan-tan ramen - 5 stars - This ramen soup was moderately spicy, and it was filled with perfectly cooked noodles, ground chicken, and vegetables. Thai curry ramen - 5 stars - This ramen had a nice balance of moderate spice and sweetness. It also had good noodles and vegetables. Sesame chicken - 4.5 stars - Eiwa expanded their menu to include some other types of Asian cuisines. This sesame chicken had large chunks of chicken with juicy meat, crispy breading, and a flavorful sauce. On the side was white rice that was perfectly steamed. General Tso's chicken - 4.5 stars (average of my 4 stars and my husband's 5 stars) - This General Tso's did NOT taste spicy at all. My husband who strongly dislikes spices described this chicken as "delicious." Pad see-ew - 4.5 stars - My husband ate this entree. The noodles, broccoli, soy sauce, and choice of protein of chicken tasted very good. Pad Thai - 4.5 stars - The noodles were cooked well, and I liked the flavors of the sauce, vegetables, and tofu. (It may be ordered with animal proteins.) Spicy Salmon Roll - 4.5 stars - This roll was smaller than I had expected, but I really liked its flavors. Salmon-avocado sushi roll - 5 stars - I feel so thankful that Eiwa added sushi to their menu! This sushi roll contained very fresh ingredients and tasted very good. PGH roll - 4.5 stars - This maki roll contained shrimp, and I liked the flavors. Tuna-avocado roll - 4.5 stars - My husband ate this maki roll, and he seemed to enjoy it. Spicy tuna roll - 4.5 stars - This tuna sushi was fresh and moderately spicy. Rainbow roll - 4.5 stars - A California roll was topped with tuna, salmon, yellowtail, and cooked shrimp. It tasted slightly spicy. Taiyaki - 4.5 stars - This taiyaki contained red-bean paste, and it was more fried and oily than what I ate in Japan, but I still liked it. Mango boba milk - 5 stars - This bubble tea was a large size and tasted delicious. My husband has ordered it multiple times and really likes it. Strawberry boba milk - 5 stars - I enjoyed the strawberry flavor of this beverage, and I thought that the amount of boba was perfect.
