He truly is passionate about what he does and it shows in his craft! This time we finally tried the chimney cone, my goodness amazing! Very crispy yet soft and fluffy on the inside. We enjoyed dipping pieces of the pastry into our gelato for an elevated experience. We got the cinnamon sugar flavor and wow we will definitely be getting it everytime. It is very tidy, tastefully furnished and decorated. I was warmly greeted by Emily, who helped me decide by explaining the different types of coffee. It wasn't hot out yet so I chose the Americano with a shot of Toffee Nut and ordered a GF Ube cookie. I found a table by the window and sat in one of the armchairs where I sank into it & made myself comfortable. It took no time for my order to be ready. I sat back in the chair luxuriating and savoring my very tasty coffee. The cookie was meh but I was in love with my coffee. I sat, relaxed, sipped, chewed, and looked over my phone while people watching. By the reading nook, was a young lady whom I assumed to be the mom and her son relaxing while perusing her phone. When I was done I took a few more photos of the interior and asked permission to take photos of the staff. The only one who indulged me was Troy. So, thank you Troy! I look forward to returning as I enjoyed my first visit here. It has a very calming ambiance, friendly staff, and great coffee!
