Lynn did a wonderful job trimming our chihuahua's nails. We held our dog while Lynn quickly cut her nails. Our dog felt calm with Lynn, and her nails looked great. Her $15 fee was so reasonable for the service. We would highy recommend her! read more

I love Lynn. She's always available whenever I ask to bring my dogs in. I take them in for baths all the time cause i don't have the time to do it myself. I used to but it's such a hassle. I had 3 dogs to do cause of my sister's dog too but luckily I found Lynn who is just down the street from me. Super friendly. When I was still attending school she would keep them with her til I get out to pick them up. I used to take them to petco cause my sister's dog gets groomed there before, but it's so pricey just for a bath. With Lynn it's half of what I used to pay for. Even tho sometimes my sister's dogs cut r uneven or ok only, it's the person's personality and love for our pets that makes me wanna bring them back. read more

They cut my dog till he bled on his nose and his side. They didn't tell me they did this. I found out because the wounds started bleeding again after we left. They were not shallow cuts, they kept on bleeding for days after. My dog has been scratching the itchy scab on his side and now has a bald spot there. Even if they had not cut him I would not come back here. His cut was very uneven with tufts of uncut hair and uneven ears. I've had him get a haircut several times before so I know it was not due to his squirming. read more

Lynn at Pampered Pooches is the best groomer I've had for my 2 dogs.. My Aussie/Border collier mix has had 3 knees surgeries, has pain and is very fearful. Lynn has been grooming him for 8+ years and handles him with kid gloves, kindness and patience. He always leaves her shop happy! My Pomsky has lots of very thick hair and Lynn takes the time to remove as much of her fluff as possible. Lynn is kind, truthful, gracious and professional. I will be loss to find a replacement if Lynn ever retires, and she better not! I highly recommend Lynn to anyone that has well behaved dogs. read more

Lynn was able to fit my dog in last minute and she did a great job! My dog is older, has an extremely thick coat and HATES going to the groomers. Her buzz cut looks clean and blended correctly, she's so soft and clean smelling, her ears are clean and her toenails trimmed! And apparently my dog was very well behaved! My 85lb. Belgian Malinois is, let's say, enthusiastic. His enthusiasm has resulted in not one, but 4 groomers over the years who called me to take him before he was groomed. Needless to say, I've worked on training, but I was still nervous when I first dropped him with Lynn. I even waited around the block for 15 minutes, and called to check on him. She so successfully wrangled him that first time that now he trusts her, and as she put it "behaves like a lab". He's a service dog, and regularly gets disgustingly dirty (bus floors, trains, etc.) Lynn makes him glow. Thank you Lynn. read more

I decided to shave my border collie mix to help treat her seasonal skin allergy. I had never had her shaved before and was a little worried, but saw the great reviews on here and made an appointment with Lynn. I called her this morning and she gave me an appointment at noon. My dog was done in less than two hours and she looks great. She didn't seem overly stressed or anything when I picked her up. Lynn has great energy and was extremely friendly. Very disappointing first introduction to this groomer. The proprietor was rude, & clearly not interested in our business. She appeared more concerned with supporting her family than the welfare of the animals. She made no attempt to even introduce herself to or otherwise meet the dog. read more

My Papillon and my mothers miniature poodle get groomed once a month. Lynn has already shown us she knows what she is doing. The miniature poodle has never looked better - my mom likes him to have more of a puppy clip and Lynn has gotten his tail, legs and head looking beautiful. She gets both done in about 2 to 2-1/2 hours - no more dropping them off at 10:30 a.m. and then picking them up at 4-5:00 p.m. I appreciate that and so do the dogs. We were going to another groomer until the poodle got snipped (we knew it was an accident) and the groomer, after 6 years of monthly grooming, refused to groom them unless we signed a waiver (as in if I snip them you will not hold me responsible) and although promising to pay the vet bill has never sent the check. Prices are great, exactly what we were paying before and way less than PETCO. Lynn you are great! read more

I've been to a few different groomers but this lady is awesome. She clearly loves animals and loved taking care of my little Max. Lynn is very communicative with what is going on with my dogs fur, nails, etc. I love going here and Max leaves looking and feeling great. She does charge extra for matting or knots. read more

After getting out of the hospital which included surgery and an extended time of extreme pain, I picked up my little dog only to find him a matted mess. He couldn't get any air flow and was miserable. Pampered Pooches gave my an appointment faster than anyone else could and got all the matted mess of hair off my little guy beautifully. We were taking our super shedding dog to Petco for the "de-fur" treatment...to the tune of $60+ dollars per month and getting a so-so job. I called around to check prices at the other shops and liked what Lynn had to say, so made an appointment for Rosie. She came home beautifully groomed and her nails clipped, which nobody at Petco could ever do. The price was only $25!! We will never take Rosie anywhere else!! read more
