They had my id through my phone number, but they wouldn't refund me for the aquarium equipment they thought I had purchased. I don't have an aquarium! He got his hair cut off so short on his private part that it became necessary to bring him to Ferndale Vet. There was NO WAY that this company would accept even partial blame and/or partial payment of the vet bill. I wrote her a letter explaining the situation, and she could care less. I never went back. I don't know what happened while my sire was at her business, but he was never the same happy pup again. She wouldn't let me stay while she cut his hair; hint #1. I wish that I never ever heard of Stefanie's because whatever happened to my sire while in her care changed him forever beyond repair. First, my dogs LOVE Linn, which means they are treated well when they are there. I've been taking…read moremultiple generations of my cocker spaniels to her since the 1990's when she was in Sunny Brae! I do keep my cockers' hair short to avoid mats and keep them cool in the Summer. But, yes, they sometimes get matted and gross but Linn always calls me to discuss shaving them down, which I do if that is what she recommends. I have them groomed every 6-7 weeks which keeps them clean and looking good. She's also helped when my dogs have been "skunked". She got her smelling much better than I could at home. Her move to Blue Lake meant driving a little further but it is well worth it to know your babies area safe in her care. I highly recommend her.

I feel comfortable taking my best friend there to be pampered & made (even more) beautiful. The space is clean,they ask specific questions to make sure your dog's needs are addressed..mine is good with other dogs so is able to socialize a bit after her bath & cut. Other pups who are less social have quieter solo space to hang out. Willow always gets compliments on her cut & bandana. Prices are in line with area costs and totally worth it! I'm picky and had the same groomer for 15+ years before I relocated to Humboldt. I'm grateful to have found Muddy Paws!
