Why go all the way to Wingstop when there's a local Wing Store in the neighborhood? Ive always noticed their place it never even thought if giving it a try until recently. I wanted some wings and Patty's Pizza & Wings popped up. The reviews weren't the highest rated but sometimes even a spot with average reviews needs a try! I ordered the Mango Habernero wings. The guy promised it'll take about 10 minutes and he was right! Now this Saturday afternoon it wasn't crowded at all. I grabbed my wings to go. The wings were very crispy and friends well. The Mango Habernero sauce was very delicious. Not too spicy and not too sweet, it was a perfect balance. The flavor was really good and unique and the wings were fried well. I enjoyed my wings. It wasn't the best wings I ever had but they were very good. I definitely would come back and I recommend you give them a try. We actually ordered via DoorDash and received a super small cheese pizza and when we called the store to ask if we could come and grab the correct size (they mistakenly sent the wrong size) they acknowledged their mistake and said they'd be happy to hand deliver to correct size pie. I was super grateful that they were able to do that for us considering we (unknowingly) called just minutes after they closed. I live for the Margherita pizza! It's like a traditional pie but where you usually get a Margherita on a thin dough with no crust on the edge- this one has it a thicker crust! I can't believe we just found this place! This is the best pizza we've had in Pflugerville! Just a good old fashioned pizza. Good crust. Delicious toppings. Well made. Gooey cheese. What more can you want?! The garlic cheese bread was pfantastic (see what I did there). It's a very thing crush which is a different take. And the wings are some of the best I've ever had! First time trying this place. The food was pretty good but really overpriced for what we got. I ordered a special that included wings and fries and they left out the fries. The place also smelled like a pool hall when I walked in. Apparently there's a bar next door that allows smoking inside. So far this place has been great for my family during lunch and dinner throughout the COVID-19 pandemic! We first tried their wings, we ordered 18 buffalo medium and 18 Lemon Pepper. The medium is perfect taste for buffalo if you're not wanting to burn your taste buds with spicy sauce. I have tried the hot buffalo and it really wasn't hot but I didn't like the flavor with my order that time. I am sticking with the medium buffalo because of the flavor for me. The lemon pepper was on point! Our wings were not dried at all. Very fresh and cooked just right with juice flavor meat. They delivered to our house since we are close by and within their delivery range. We ordered their pizza on another day and I was really impressed with the crust and how so fresh it tastes compared the chain places. My opinion overall definitely great pizza and wings place! I know I am not buying wings from anywhere else again for a while. Customer service has been great far with delivery and carry out; however, I will say the lady who said she was the owner when I called to compliment them on their service verbally did seem standoffish when I asked if I could speak to the owner or manager. I have had delivery and I have picked up from here a couple of times now. It has been hit or miss. The first time my wife and I were so excited to have found an alternative to dominos it was unreal! The pizza was good and delivery was on time. Then the next time delivery took forever and the pizza was "off". The next time I went and picked up because the delivery car was broken down according too the owner. The pizza was good but there was a strange flavor to the wings. Update: w We love this place. Two days in the row we ordered the specials. Medium two topping for $12, wings and mozzarella sticks. One pizza was a pepperoni and bacon, second one was double pepperoni and the third was Canadian bacon and pineapple. We loved that it was fresh pineapple chunks and not canned. Been going here on and off for years. When they first opened service was great and the pizza slammed. The quality of the pizza is still pretty good but the value has decreased vs Marcos just down the road. Their customer service just isn't there. They have a young guy working the front and another older guy making food in the back. The young guy is just a flake. They are now using slice for online orders. Placed the order and showed up at the beginning of the order window. Guy asked my name and said give them 8 more minutes, cool I sat in 1 of 2 chairs in the front by the kitchen. 20 minutes go by and I check the app and it shows ready. I figured since I was about 5-8 feet from the guy he would give me my order when It was ready. I see there is a contact customer service chat on the slice app. I ask to have the tip removed on the app. Slice calls the store and asked why they marked the order ready when it wasn't. They guy brings my order out and says it's been ready. Really, I've been sitting here staring at you waiting for my order. Small town shop. Glad I finally tried it... The good: Pizza taste homemade, which is good thing. Not like cardboard Pizza Hut crust. Sauce is also good, you can actually taste the spices. Love that! Cheese is super good. They add plenty even without out requesting extra. Not super greasy either which I like. Pizza will always be greasy, but not sloppy here. Garlic cheese bread is awesome. I really, really wanted to like this place. I gave it three chances, but it just keeps disappointing. In our first two experiences, our order was wrong and we ended up paying for toppings we didn't receive. Other than that, the food was pretty tasty. Our most recent experience, however, left a lot to be desired. We ordered online and it was a different online system than we had previously experienced. Apparently, you have to click an item on the menu called "Delivery Fee", if you want your order delivered. I didn't realize this until after placing the order. So, we called a little bit before our order was supposed to be ready to check the status so we can time our pick-up appropriately. A gentleman answered the call with a confused "Hello?". At first, I thought I may have gotten the wrong number. I asked if this was Patty's Pizza & Wings and he said yes. I stated I placed an order for pickup and wondered what the status was. He said he'd check and then immediately asked to call me back. I told him I'd wait on hold, instead. I heard him whispering something to someone else. After quite a bit, he came back and said the order would be ready in 7 minutes. Okay, great! So, we arrived about 15 minutes later and the lady rolled her eyes when we told her we were there to pick up our order. This response was uncalled for in any situation when dealing with a customer, but especially considering we were told it'd be ready in 7 minutes, but gave them more than twice that amount of time. She then came back and stated that the wings weren't done and we'd need to wait. The attitudes of the staff were completely unfriendly. While we were waiting for our order, the owner appeared to arrive and suddenly all the staff's attitudes changed. Our order was finally ready only to find they had given us three thin crust pizzas when we had ordered 3 regular crust pizzas. Again, we are paying for food we are not receiving. And with the complete lack of customer service, I can't see how we can continue to make excuses for this place. My husband and I were super excited to try this place out. We ordered one traditional pizza, one gluten free pizza and six wings. Once we arrived home, the first thing we tried were the wings. They were absolutely wonderful. Nice amount of sauce and flavor. Then my husband tried his traditional pizza. He loved that the dough was fresh and homemade, but said his pizza was just "great" and not outstanding. I then tried my gluten free pizza and was disappointed. My crust was extremely hard, almost old tasting. It had nearly no flavor to it, just as if I were eating elementary school pizza or cardboard. The pizza sauce was okay, a little more sweeter than I personally like it. The cheese was not hot and oozing into the toppings like with other pizzas I have had. All in all, the wings were great, but I would skip the pizza. For gluten friendly readers, I would look elsewhere. read more

I'm sad to leave this post about the service received Patty's Pizza & Wings tonight. We called in an order, 1 large pizza 1/2 cheese and 1/2 bacon/pepperoni, a calzone, and cheese bread. We pick it up and head home - my fault here is not looking at my order till getting home. Opened the pizza and it's not 1/2 cheese pizza, the entire thing has meat, which my son won't eat - he only like cheese pizza. Not ever wanting to post negative without a chance to fix it, I call Patty's back to let them know, while I'm ordering a dominos pizza for our son. Man answers - I explain my issue. Long periods of silence. He says, "oh ok!" I asked if a manager was there and he said idk hold on. Then a different male (John) came to the line and said there was no manager that works there. I asked about an owner he said it's my mom. I asked when she would be in to discuss the situation. John's response was that he is not equipped to handle the situation because he has social anxiety (which having the same - is not applicable here however) so I asked if there was someone there that was equipped to handle. To which John stayed was very rude. I explained that it's not meant to be rude, but if dealing with customer concerns is a stresser, I'm not trying to add stress to him, so looking to speak with someone who can talk to me about the issue and resolve. He said there are no manager and he couldn't tell me when his mom will come in because she's the owner and that's not what she does. I thanked him and disconnected. Sad to say the least, felt like the situation was handled very poorly by the staff and if the person truly is not able to handle a customer calling about an order that was incorrect, perhaps they could better support him and provide someone that is able to assist should they make an error. Le sigh... waiting on dominos. I will end with, the remainder of the food was pretty decent in taste... not the BEST NY Style pizza, but definitely would be an option if their service was better read more

Orders are dropped from online orders with a wait time of 25 minutes and you call in to find out where it is and fix it, they tack on another 30 plus minutes and still make you to wait once you come to pick it up. Pleasantly surprised by this place. We ordered a large supreme, large pepperoni fever, 6 lemon pepper wings, and 6 hot buffalo wings. This fed 4 adults and a teenager and we had wings and a few slices leftover. The pizzas were good and they did not skimp on the toppings, both pizzas were full of toppings. The crust is thin, but i would have liked a little more crunch at then end but still good. The wings were good as well. The wings are a good size not those little bitty wings you get from wings stop. The wings were covered in sauce which we like, but if you don't like a lot of sauce you may want to mention that when you order. My kid swears the wings are better than pluckers, and if you like pluckers(and we do) that's saying something. They are located in a little strip center before the gas station. When you see the gas station be ready to turn, we missed it the first time and had to circle all the way around the toll and come back. I've seen a few reviews about service and i can kind of see it, i think it can be hit or miss but i didn't knock them for it because our service has been ok. read more
