I ended up trying the pumpkin spice s'more at The Ganachery and had such a great visit!…read more Customer Service: The customer service was awesome and super friendly. Dessert: Pumpkin Spice S'more. The flavor was incredible. Instead of graham crackers, I think they use a soft-baked cookie where the pumpkin spice flavor actually comes from. The marshmallows had the perfect amount of gooeyness. To build it, they melted the marshmallow, placed it on the cookie, put a thin square of chocolate on top and melted it with a blowtorch, added the other cookie, and used a stencil with powdered sugar to leave a print of Mickey Mouse with pumpkin ears. Cost: It costs $9 plus tax. Shared with one other person, it was the perfect amount for two! Parking: The garage parking is free with no time limit. Overall Experience: Disney knows how to make themed items, it didn't disappoint! Watching them prepare it right before my eyes at the kitchen window display made it even better. Highly recommend stopping by!

We stood in line for about 10 minutes and when we got to the register, we had great customer service. The s'more took about three minutes to come out. My friend and I were, unfortunately, disappointed. Instead of the graham cracker being crunchy, it's soft and kind of soggy. The graham cracker has a strong cinnamon flavor that took away from the flavor of the marshmallow and chocolate. We were very disappointed and we won't be going back. If it wasn't for the excellent service, this review would be rated lower.

My experience is based on the interaction that we had this afternoon not the goods they serve. My sister and I were eating some of the goodies and having bonding time when a lady whom I can assume is the owner came from behind to my sister, touched her hair and then asked if it was appropriate for her to touched my sister's curly hair? Firsr, you already touched my sister's hair and two you must know it is not okay to do so when you are asking!. I truly thought my sister knew her but she did not! I just said you already did touch it which at that time she is just walking towards behind the counter and honestly not sure where she went after that. I cannot believe in 2026 we are still acting like this is okay. Not sure whom this lady thinks she is or what kind of games she thinks she plays to thinks it is okay. Not sure.if she truly thought she was given a compliment to my sister but what is wrong is wrong. She knew she did wrong. For sure we will not be coming back and for sure I have no desire to use what I have left of a gift card. Unprofessional and honestly so out of touch with your clientele. Winter Haven is growing rapidly and you will have to deal with all of more people like us. Some people are so passive aggressive that is gross.
