I recently have switched from another pool service company and couldn't be any happier. I was reluctant to switch as I've read some reviews here below. I always do my research and I understand that there's only two types of people who do reviews for maintenance services such as a pool cleaner, lawn & garden, plumber, etc. Those who are furious and those who are very happy. ( spelling from some reviewers show's their overall IQ ) I am now a year into my service and like I said before, I couldn't be any happier! Sure there's times where you don't get an immediate call back, but Palms has always been good on their word and things get done! Very honestly as well. I've compared quotes to the competition out there and Palms may not be the cheapest they're definitely the most professional out there. Thank you Palms for everything. read more

I am new to the area and was looking for a pool company, recieved a opost card from Palms Pool that had a coupon for 3 months of free pool service. Called them to get some more information on the deal. When I called the office the lady that answered the phone went into full detail what it entiles as far as the 3 months free, what to expect from services and even let me know the techs name and day of service. I also requested a quote on a refinish spoke with Peter the owner of the company he took the time to explain all the details of what to expect and he will be stopping by the drop of tile samples and booklets. Very helpful very satisified with my overall experience. I rate Palms Pool a 5 star! read more

Great full service pool and spa company. We acquired Palms pool from the previous owners when we purchased our home in Jupiter. Peter , the owner, Gabe and Jennifer have been a pleasure to work with. Gabe does our weekly service and has brought to our attention concerns that needed to be addressed, as the pool was older and needed some repairs and updating. Most recently we had the pool resurfaced, re tiled and added several new features to better serve our needs. The work was done professionally and promptly! We basically have a brand new pool which looks amazing. Professional people , friendly service and good value for the money invested. read more

Very professional service, Peter was an absolute joy to work with! Not sure if other poster "Kenny Good" is even talking about the proper business. Peter has a very in depth knowledge of how pumps and all the related equipment work. Sometimes i prefer to have a short explanation but they way he explained everything i didn't mind listening to everything he had to say, even if i wasn't sure what he was talking about! He was so quick to help me with something small and even gave me a small part that was missing from my system. Would definitely recommend to more friends than i already have! Thank you very much. read more

It is rare that I write a review. However, Palms Pool Services has twice blown my mind with excellent customer service. In general, they do a great job....show up on time, etc. By after a big storm, the oak trees in our yard dropped enough into the pool, that it looked like a swamp and algae was beginning to grow. We were planning to have an open house the next day. I called at 9AM asking if there was any way they could come that day and clean. By 10:30AM, the pool was sparkling. This is the type of over and above that has me write a review. read more

My boyfriend hired Palms for our new home and we have been very happy with our service so far! Their price matched other pool service estimates, so we gave them a shot. Our weekly technician introduced himself, leaves door hanger notices, and is consistent each week. He recommended we change our filter cartridge and the water has been looking clear and ready for summer! I also like how their trucks have logos and graphics, and are super clean. Can't complain! :) read more

Great customer service! Technicians are efficient and provide excellent pool service. They take their time with the pool and make sure to check filters and pumps before finishing to make sure everything is in tip-top shape. Its great that they do so because they let us know if anything needs to be fixed and give us a heads up to prevent any problems. Love this pool service! read more
