In Mesquite and want to play some golf, the Palms Golf Course is a nice choice. Granted, for a mid July morning start, we lucked out and the sky was overcast - so the summer heat didn't kick in while we were out. The clubhouse is nice and the AC is working perfectly! The shop has a nice selection of stuff, nothing unexpected. The course was in really good condition for the middle of summer! Greens played very fast. The course is laid out well, challenging and even has some nice views of the mountains and valley. They did post a sign at the clubhouse about not having a drink cart that day. However, I've played the course 3 times and have yet to be there when the drink cart is making the rounds. The course does have lots of water coolers at various tee boxes - so in spite of there being no drink cart, we weren't in jeopardy of ice cold water to drink. While it's not world famous for any one hole or the views, or the clubhouse amenities - they also don't charge a ton for greens fees. The prices are reasonable and won't break the bank for a family trip. Plus the staff are always friendly and courteous!

There's so much more than people may think. * Hiking * Rock climbing * Bouldering * Horseback riding * ATV/off-roading * Camping * Shopping at the outlet mall * Dining at a variety of local restaurants * Catch a play/theater/show at Tuachan * Tour some of the historic buildings * Boating, swimming, jet skiing at one of the lakes/reservoirs * Visit the dinosaur museum * Attend a convention (there are lots of them) * Watch a sporting event * Stroll through an art gallery * Have a picnic overlooking the city from Pioneer Park * Enjoy a snow cone or ice cream-there are plenty of places that have it! St. George is a small town/retirement community meets college town, so the dynamic can be a little weird. Be patient on the road, due to the snow birds and retirees, I find more than it's share of bad drivers here. But there is still plenty of room for everyone-especially in the beautiful red rocks. Take a hike, go for a walk and enjoy!

If you're looking for golf lessons, this is the place to go PERIOD…read more I'm currently working in Vegas and wanted to get my swing dialed in. RoboGolfPro offers an extensive amount of services including fittings and even practice bays! The price for what you get out of a lesson here is outstanding, there's just no beating it! Let me tell you about my coach Jerry. Jerry has by far been the most patient, knowledgeable, detail oriented, professional coach I've ever had. He goes above and beyond what I expect a coach to do and doesn't force you to become something you can't be. I've had times where work interfered with my schedule and he's adjusted his schedule to fit mine. The facility itself is well taken care of. The bays are clean, the faculty is amazing and friendly, there's fresh cold water onsite for you to use, the bathroom is clean and they even make sure that the bays stay working 100% during your practice sessions! If I ever come back to Vegas, I'm definitely coming back here. In total I've had maybe around 15 lessons here and my swing has never been better! I feel confident that everything I've learned here applies in every aspect of golf. Thank you Jerry and faculty members!

You're slicing." Yeah, I know that. What I needed was someone to tell me why and show me how to fix it. No one ever did. Then I came across ROBOGOLF and Joel. I'll admit, I was skeptical. But after just one hour--using all their tech and tools--things started to click. Joel didn't just tell me what was wrong, he explained why, and broke down exactly how to correct it. Suddenly, it all made sense. Four lessons later, I'm a completely different golfer. Every session builds on the last, and I'm picking up real skills with each one. I'm in it for the long haul now--ROBOGOLF is helping me improve, and I'm here for it. Huge thanks to the team!

When given the opportunity, I always speak very highly of Jen & Chad's program at Lifestyle Fitness…read moreCamp. I have found Jen to be highly knowledgeable as a fitness coach and nutrition consultant and her gentle guidance to be extremely effective, especially when compared to other diet and fitness programs that I've participated in. The daily hikes that Chad leads make the whole program fun and the magnificent vistas the hikes traverse make the experience genuinely spiritually renewing. As a person who has had somewhat debilitating rheumatoid arthritis for the past 20 years, I especially appreciate Jen & Chan's willingness to tailor their instruction to be age and fitness-level appropriate for the program participants. That, and their friendly, upbeat and encouraging manner makes it easy to remain engaged in their program. Additionally, Jen is very conscientious in providing her participants with dietary plans and exercise routines that they may take home at the conclusion of the program. This past month, I was able to complete a 7 day, 60 mile self-guided backpacking trip in Colorado's Weminuche Wilderness in the southern San Juan mountains. This trip involved hiking and camping above 10,000' for much of the trip and carrying a heavy pack more than 12,000' vertical feet in ascent over 3 high passes. This is the kind of physical activity I haven't done since my teens and I could never have accomplished this as a 65-year-old with out the fitness training Jen & Chad provided to me over the past 4 years. I have no hesitancy in recommending the Lifestyle program to my friends and acquaintances or to anyone interested in changing their life through renewed fitness.

I am excited to write a review about my journey losing weight. Like many of overweight (fat)…read morepeople. I say fat because I was hiding behind the 'Big Guy' image. I had to come to grips with reality after looking in the mirror one day. Anyway I have struggled with weight my entire life since graduating high school. I tried every diet know to man and was an expert at all of them. But I believe they were just created for others to make money off of people like me. I never learned anything and always regained the weight and more. I have had a shoulder, back and heart surgery. I was borderline diabetic with a blood glucose level of 110 to 117 after waking in the morning. Everything changed in June of 2019 when I arrived at Lifestyle Fitness in St. George Utah. Chad and Jen Bullen are the owners and were the reason I'm half the man I used to be. Honestly it was hard work for me especially because of my back pain. But I told myself and Jen who was constantly concerned about the pain I was in that I'm always in pain I might as well be in pain trying to get better. What they taught me has completely changed my life. My wife and I keep a photo journal of my road to fitness and we both are shocked at the difference. I wish I could convince others I know to do this but I guess we all have our light bulb moments. I have lost 50 pounds and still losing. I don't worry about the scales ups and downs and I have learned to trust what Jen calls the process. My blood sugar was 88 last week. I'm going to talk with my doc about stopping my blood pressure meds because its getting to low. My hats and shoes don't even fit anymore! I was a size 42 pants and know my 34's are getting loose! Please stop drinking the diet Kool-Aid and make a permanent change in your life! Lifestyle Fitness saved my life! Chad next time I see you I will race you up that hill!
