A very decent small park with lots of trees and very dog friendly. We saw couples dogs here. They have a small playground and one and a half basketball courts too. My only concern is there are many kids riding bikes and many small kids running around. It is not very safe for little kids, hopefully all adults can supervise their younger children. I do recommend everyone to come here, if you want a picnic and spend some time to walk with your dogs. read more

Somehow I'd been sleeping on this phenomenal park just a mile from me. It has EVERYTHING (*insert "Stefon" SNL voice*): a well-surfaced basketball court WITH LIGHTS, a skate park full of teens, a lawn for soccer-playing kids, birthday partiers at picnic tables, older folks relaxing on the periphery, a playground and a splash pad, I think? (I was there at night, so that was temporarily closed). Huge props to whoever did the landscaping and layout of this park -- there are trees and benches and walkways, and it feels like an oasis in the middle of a residential neighborhood. (Nice not to have cars zooming by.) It was packed on a summer night after a scorching day, but in a way that made me feel part of the community, not overwhelmed. read more

First time I've been to this park for my kids and nephew to skate board and it was a big disappointment. This park is located around apartment buildings, and there's no entrance fee. You'd see a lot of unsupervised kids here between 4th grade to 11th grade acting like a thug and all you'll hear from the is profanity, cursing, and trying to pick fights with each other. read more

Lovely park! I just wish people would clean up after parties. Found these balloons in arm's reach from our picnic blanket. I've got an idea...every kid picks up 20 pieces of trash to redeem for their party favor. Just a thought! A great habit to instill in little ones. The skatepark is tiny and poorly designed unless you're a skate god. biggest nuisance is that its located right next to the playground, so kids use the quarter/half pipes as "slides". Most of the tIme privileged moms are too busy talking to each other sipping organic free trade coffee to even supervise their children. So be wary, you might run a kid over or they might be hit by a stray board. Sundays are the worst for this as the mothers congregate there to vent their first world struggles. read more

This is our favorite park in Glendale! - rubber floors instead of sand or wood chips. Great for toddlers just learning to walk. - shade above the slides - slides for smaller kiddos and bigger ones - skate park - wading pool in the summer - ample tables to eat - clean The only downside is parking. Fun little park with plenty to do. Super clean and well maintained. Personally I come solely to use the pull up bars and monkey bars to do calisthenics. I would give it 5 stars if they had a set parallel bars and a pull up bar that was wider and at a height that accommodates shorter people. The ones they have are ok, but they could use a couple more with various heights. I've seen shorter women try to use the high bar and they struggle just getting to it. The other two and literally right above waist height. So they are only good for inverted rows and bar dips. But nonetheless, I still enjoy the place and I still get a good workout in. read more

This park is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. There is a lot of greenery and is semi scenic. This is our favorite park in Glendale. Both sections are shaded and they have swings as well. Restrooms are clean and there's even a pool that is open in the warmer months. Street parking can be difficult in the evenings but even then it's not too bad. read more

I love this park! I come here to walk and work. It's very well maintained and full of nice people. It has exercise equipment which is really cool and you see a lot of people using it. The playground is really cute and it has everything you want from a park. I wish that someone would come look at the exercise equipment, because I'm pretty sure the arms on the lateral pull down and chest press equipment were swapped on installation. It would be great if that equipment worked since lots of people come there to exercise every day. read more

This is a nice little park for your children. It's clean, the bathroom is clean and has the soft ground cover so if your kid falls it's not as damaging. There are two play structure, one for little ones and another for bigger kids. There is a mini spinner (for one kid) and a jumbo spinner (for several kids) to enjoy. There is also a basket ball court, some exercise machines, a skate park, wading pool (open during summer) and picnic area for events. read more

Really great space, kind of a hidden gem of a park. Lots of equipment and it's all new within the last year. There is also also a walking path that is completely enclosed. The bummer about this park is the old men who congregate here and smoke. I do police here now and then so maybe they are getting complaints.
