I found Dr. Bell's practice on Google and saw they were opening at 7:30am. I called Dr. Bell at 6:35am and he returned my call within 5min. I used to go here when my longtime dentist retired but I think I only lasted a couple appts because…read morethey were so pushy, sales-y and aggressive. A doctor should never be a salesman, but an advocate. I had gone in for a cleaning and asked if they could round off a tooth that was poking me.... 20 minutes later, the doctor had used a putty to reshape all of my teeth to tell me how much better veneers would look on me. They also apparently had to fill all these cavities I supposedly had. My doctor was appalled at how deep they drilled for a routine cavity and now I may have to get a root canal as a result. Truly the worst type of people that only want your money and that's it. Never would recommend as a dentist. Unrelated, but when calling them just now to reschedule an appt for my boss, Google lists two different numbers and their website has a third number. Shocker, all if the numbers lead to the same time with a menu to choose from. All choices lead to someone named Tristan and it goes straight to her voicemail without ringing and once you get to the end and are waiting for the beep to leave a message, the phones hang up on you. Every single time. Literally every time I learn something new about this dental group it's always bad. Don't waste your time, money, or sanity.

I went to Wright dental because of my insurance. I left a doctor that was out of network that I…read morereally liked and had fair prices. I had to have a bridge replaced. The office/ billing person took a long amount of time to run my insurance and she called them with questions. She came back with a price for my portion of the procedure. I had to pay this price in full before it could be started. I also asked that they get the X-ray from my other dentist since I had all ready paid for them, when I made the appointment. The dental assistant said they did not get my xrays , but that they would not charge me for them. The temporary crown was not comfortable and I had more pain with the temporary than I did with the loose bridge. I felt as if they rushed the temporary since it was a holiday weekend. Today I received a bill for 128 more dollars. No list of charges just a PAY NOW bill. I noticed when looking on my insurance that the out of network doctor s prices were covered in full. So looks like my visits and my family will gravitate to the dentist with reasonable prices and a honor when giving pricing for procedures. I have had other procedures at my other dentist and I have never been billed more. So your 128.00 bill cost you much more since my spouse needs a crown.

Well on a first visit the work estimate was over $3000.00 that would be billed to insurance. Getting second opinion was a must and going back to the prior practice - no work is needed. The projected work of a crown would be for a back space of a tooth- not visible and not an issue. The other "need" also didn't exist. Actually the end result was that the proposed work would actually cause more problems down the road! Patient beware. How many of the other patients could experience a like issue. What about patients who would blindly trust and not get a second opinion.? Caution !

I made an appointment for a consultation and was able to be seen quickly, however that appointment had to be rescheduled and the delay for that appointment was quite lengthy. Once I arrived to the office I was not seen immediately. It didn't appear there was a dental emergency. just more appointments that there were hands in mouth. I finally was taken back to a well used exam room and subsequent trip to x-ray as I was a new patient. To this point, my review was a solid 3 stars at best. Then I finally met Dr. Elliott. I was very, very impressed with his interpretation of what I was going thru and we did have a few candid moments of proposed treatment which in all honesty I was expecting. Now I am on the wait list to get another appointment. Sigh, honestly, this is a first for me, being put on a wait list, so like in the airlines, if I don't get cleared for a seat, I'll have to go to "plan B".
