Staff was also very accepting of allowing Adrianna's entourage, or sorry I mean family come back with her and didn't seem to have any issues with our photo shoot of the experience! I found Dr Mulcahy through the desire for change and I am EXTREMELY thankful I did! I had a rather large filling fall out & that is exactly what he fixed, rather expertly I might add! I felt nothing with the numbing shot, not even a pinch. There was some discomfort during the procedure which was caused by the prior dentist getting way too close to the nerve. He put a barrier between the nerve & the filling to try and help with sensitivity. I am giving it a few weeks to see if a root canal will be needed (again since the prior work had been done too close to the nerve). Regardless I am scheduling all future appointments here!! I started with them less than a year ago with perfectly healthy teeth…read more I was told that I needed 2 crowns and when I got the second crown due to MILD sensitivity (which should have been corrected with a filling) they drilled my tooth too far down and now I need a ROOT CANAL!! I did NOT need one before my appointment but now after 2 months of terrible pain and a bite adjustment, I'm told I need a root canal, to which I have to pay for! They also told my husband he needed a deep clean on his gums and we had to pay $500 out of pocket for the first appointment and who knows what the second "treatment" would cost. Oh and now I supposedly need a THIRD crown but that was just brought up to me at my last cleaning. This place is bogus so if you want to spend every dime you have on a dentist, this is the place because if you didn't need work before you go, they will make sure you need it after your very first appointment. I would rate them a ZERO if I could! Oh and when you get frustrated about anything Taylor at the front desk will talk to you like garbage! UPDATE: I've gone to a much better dentist now and not only did I need a root canal because my tooth was so bad, they also had to re-do the first crown that Embrace did because there was a gap at the top of the crown. Completely obvious to my new dentist. Since my insurance only pays for 1 crown per tooth every 5 years, it was another $1000 out of pocket to have the crown redone plus the root canal I needed. They took them off at the projected time rather than when they probably shouldn't have and my overbite really wasn't taken care of. My jaw is sore most days. They also didn't put in a bar on my bottom teeth and they have shifted a lot. I'm in grad school now and I'm waiting until after I finish to go get braces AGAIN. The same thing happened to both of my brother's teeth. This is tens of thousands of dollars my parents paid for poor service. I feel like they took my parent's money, poorly advised them, rushed through the process and didn't give me proper education on caring for my teeth and the consequences of not (I have dental scarring on my bottom teeth from my braces), and now they don't stand behind their work. If I were to go back to them, I would have to pay as much as a new patient would for a retainer or some procedure to rectify their wrongs. Hopefully this practice has improved. It has been a long time since I was there. I'm sure there are a lot of things that I could have done to have better results but they really lacked in the area of patient education. They treated me like a dumb child and so I behaved like one. Go see them for a consultation yourself. This is just my experience and so I needed to express the outcomes. Really this message is for all parents saying don't put braces on your kids until they're mature enough to care for them (this age is different for every kid). You know your kid best so don't let doctor's make you feel guilty and push you into this decision until your child can handle it.

Orthodontist are usually nice respectful this one was extremely rude. The price they told me on the phone for a retainer was not accurate at all. The staff was ok. They weren't friendly . Very aggressive on my mouth. I would not recommend. Made me feel super insecure about my teeth even more than I was from way I was being treated. It's like I'm paying out of pocket and still are not respectful or friendly. Kinda get the feelings that everyone thinks I'm not wealthy so I get treated differently. I will never be going back again.
