As an adult and a mom of two young kids i started to realize I might have ADHD. After asking two…read moreprimary care Docs about my suspicions and having them brush me off as just an overwhelmed mom, I was getting frustrated. That's when I reached out for help and thankfully found Dr Levrini. Not only was she able to help me but she really helped my whole family. The tricks and tools I have learned have been a benefit to my whole family. She is very understanding, helpful, knowledgeable and non-judgmental. She helped me to figure out why things can be harder for me, understand my new diagnosis of ADHD, the strengths and weaknesses and probably most importantly learn to accept my ADHD and work with it. So many things seem to make sense to me now. After seeing Dr Levrini for a few months I decided I would try medication too. The medications is helping but I am really glad I worked with Dr Levrini first. I don't think the medication I am taking would be as effective if I would have started with meds, not coaching. I am feeling great these days. I needed to understand my brain and why I am the way I am and why I do the things I do. I needed a coach to help me through this journey and diagnosis. Dr Levrini is an excellent coach. I am still learning tricks and tools to help myself function better day to day. My journey is far from over. My coach is on my side and I know she is pulling for me and all of her patients. She has a passion for helping people and families with ADHD and it truly shows.

She truly understands the multitude of issues he is dealing with and her approach in therapy immediately gained our trust. She has been a positive and effective ADHD coach for both child and parent. She translates his behaviors into actions I can take for him to make continued forward progress rather than our past cycle of 2 steps forward followed by 4 steps back. Finally she has been instrumental assisting with his IEP to educate the school to what ADHD is ensuring he gets the services he needs and is entitled to by law. We found her in a time of desperation and her unwavering dedication to her clients (most importantly my son) has been a true gift. We refer to her as one our new angels who both my son and I believe can get us off this crazy roller coaster we have been stuck on for years.

A couple times of sucking water up her nose in the bath had me worried that she would be scared. We have rotated through many instructors at this point and they have all been great in their own way! I appreciate how each one takes the time to explain WHY we are doing the next activity and what gross/fine motor skills we are working on. I also appreciate that there is a new lesson plan every 2 weeks. We went to a different swimming company for a month prior to switching to Swim Safari and I felt like we were aimlessly doing the same few activities over and over and I never understood what we were trying to achieve because the instructors were not explaining anything. Every single employee is welcoming and has taken the time to know and remember my daughter. It has been a great outlet for her to make new friends as well. She has made great improvements since starting and soon she will be going into the water without me! We have also been thankful for the amount of class options, both the days and times. Keeping a toddler on a schedule is important! My ONLY suggestion is that the locker rooms could be a little warmer. It gets cold when your soaking wet and have to get a toddler dressed first.

His favorite place is water and especially swim school. Ms Adey is who we started with and who we currently have spring break speed week with. Ms Elizabeth teaches both my kiddos back to back on Mondays and she has really brought out their love for swimming as well as drilled in water safety. My kiddos both look forward to seeing them everytime! We dearly love Swim Safari.

Lacking in customer service in such ways I was uncomfortable sending my young child. I enrolled my…read moredaughter to start her first year of dance. In preparation for the year, I visited Grace's website and pulled down the first class start date and loaded them into my calendar. On day one, I arrive with my 4 year old and 18 month old and the door is locked. After being let in by a construction worker, I walk up to the desk and I'm met with the look of "what are you doing here?" I say "I'm here for the 2:45 class, it starts today." In a condescending tone "Are you not getting our emails?" Me, with a baby on my hip and a 4 year bouncing around ready to start dance, "I get a lot of emails." The lady's reply "well you need to read them! Classes don't start until next week." We leave. I log into the website and I'm not crazy, it says my daughter has class that day. I check my emails. I missed the one that says classes start August 12. That's on me. I reply to the email asking that they update their online portal to reflect the correct dates. I mention that the customer service I had just received was unkind and unnecessary. I receive a reply from the same lady at the desk saying she's sorry I felt I was treated poorly, email is their method of communication, and their website cannot be changed. I'm in a group chat with 10 successful, working moms. After discussing what happened with them, two other moms mentioned it happened to them too. One even shortened a vacation to be back for the wrong first day because the website is inaccurate. 30% of our group chat. Out of all of their customers, I'm certain we aren't the only 3. In one of the many emails I have received from Grace Conservatory they list their values: Kindness, Community, Humility, and Excellence.    Given I was not treated with kindness and humility, I don't expect my child will be treated with those values attending class there either. We pulled our daughter and enrolled her in another near by dance studio. The communication and interactions have been night and day difference. Being in the Nocatee Town Center should not give you a license to treat paying customers poorly. Websites can be fixed. Communication can be better. Separately, and more importantly, kindness is free. You simply do not have to be rude to anyone that walks through your door.
