There's plenty of parking and it's located in a business park. The instructors are easy to understand and teach to the test. But you still have to know what you're doing. The skills check off is hands on to assure that you do. Having already used CPR to save a life in Jax, I was just glad to have been taught by the best here! Don't get me wrong the school was a good school to attend Miss Angie was the best teacher that I…read morecould have asked for but to be honest the professionalism and them being organized is what I don't like I graduated May 16th 2025 and mind you it is June of 2026 and I still haven't received my CPR card in which I had received while attending the school and I am in need of it to start a job going back and forth with the school about them telling me they sent it through my email them confirming that we had the same email information for them to send it to but yet it is nowhere to be found in my email very unprofessional for them to tell me because of the negligence on their end of them not sending me my CPR card from the beginning when I graduated that I would have to come out of pocket to pay for it when I clearly already passed it and it came with me completing the course I'm not going to trip about it I'm going to go ahead and just pay for it because this is ridiculous if they get organization is their facility and get someone who's more professional to answer the phone calls and to answer people's questions without getting agitated or attitudes I would recommend it highly but God says hi and look slow so I'm going to go ahead and pay for it out of pocket so that I can tell you to further my future .smh not to mention I never got a date either to do my state exam a whole year later which I'm going to go and come out of pocket and pay for it too they need to get it together .
