She made learning easy and always answered any questions the class had. Her Powerpoint and Kahoot! games were very useful for the EOC (end of course exam). I know she has prepared me to do well on my state exam coming up in a few weeks. I highly recommend taking the course with her if you are looking to get into real estate and need a class that is offered in the evenings.

There was one person taking a break in the lobby when I arrived and everyone else was busy taking tests. I sort of expected to have to wait with 10-15 people and go in at the same time but that was by far not the case which was nice. I was able to start my test about an hour early. When you go here, there's basically one room with about 30 people taking different tests around you. You're sitting in a little cubicle directly next to other people but separately by a little short fabric wall behind and to the sides of your computer. You can bring unwrapped cough drops in a plastic bag to help you if you start coughing and also a clear plastic bottle of water with no wrapper. They give you everything else for your test like a calculator, pen, and scratch paper. The chairs that you sit on are like rolling office chairs with decent fabric cushion which was comfortable. They have headphones there- the ones you might wear to a racetrack to block out noise. I tried those for the first ten minutes and couldn't get comfortable in them but you can also bring foam ear plugs which could help. It wasn't too loud to focus other than people coughing occasionally. They have lockers with numbered keychain locks for you to use during your test for free and I was able to fit my purse with snacks in it. When you take a break you cannot look at study material or a phone but can grab a snack and use the bathroom. They have two bathrooms right around the corner when you step out of the computer room. They were relatively clean. I was really nervous and anxious but getting there early and being checked in by very good employees made me feel less stressed.

This is where all the background activity happens that actually makes the schools run. All of the bills gets paid here, textbooks and supplies get ordered here, interviews for school staff/teachers gets done here, background checks get done here, etc. Also, if for some reason, you happen to need your official high school transcript and you graduated like more than a decade ago, you'll have to come here to get it. If you don't work here in the building, then you'll have to stop at the desk just inside the entrance to get a pass. In order to do so, you'll need to show a legal photo ID, and you'll need to tell them where you need to go in the building and why. Because there are so many employees here, parking will usually be an issue. More than likely, you'll have to park way out in the back lot. My husband and I use to come here all the time until just a few months ago when his mother (who worked here) retired. They have a cafeteria on the 5th floor and she would often invite us to come have lunch with her. This building sits directly on the Southbank. Inside the building, on the north side, there are beautiful views of the river, downtown Jacksonville, and the Jaguars Stadium.

Being quiet is a rule of thumb for visitors to the library but is expected of the library's employees. Unfortunately this library isn't a good spot to study at though as there are two employees there who shamelessly flirt with each other just about every day. They laugh and bellow so loud that you can't focus on what you're doing even with earphones on. I'm glad they like each other and they have some kind of thing going on. Everyone who spends more than 20 min in the library when they're both working at the front desk knows of them. The issue lies in the common courtesy they don't extend to those who need to use their facilities to study/get things done. If it weren't for the constant chortling and loud laughter from the pair, this would be a great study space.
