I love this place! You can get breakfast, tacos, Korean or Japanese dishes, all under one roof. With wife love the pancakes, I'm a huge fan of the Shoyu Tonkatsu Ramen and the cucumber roll! Service is on point. Restaurant and bathrooms are clean! Sometimes, for reasons unknown, CocoMelon will be playing on the tv. Loudly. Not a kid in sight. Many times I go in there, the TVs are very loud. Will definitely be back!

It's our new go to place. Great food , good sized servings, reasonable prices! Open for breakfast through late dinner. Their Asian and Hispanic varieties are super! My son says their sushi is some of the best he has had! Posting their breakfast menu but have eaten their delicious lunch offerings

We ordered DoorDash. WOW! The Birria Ramen and the Spicy Bulgogi were *chefs kiss*. At first, I was confused by the term "birria ramen" but boyyyyyy did I become a quick fan. Hubby ordered the spicy bulgogi and said "the spice and heat hits perfectly with a little bit of sweat. Can't stop eating lol!" We will definitely order from here again!

2nd time coming here. Food and service is good, staff is nice. They serve a combination of Mexican, Filipino, and Japanese food.

Really more of a 3.5 We got the Birria ramen, asada tacos, pastor tacos, lumpia, and fried rice. The fried rice and ramen were soy sauce heavy but delicious. The asada and pastor tacos were 7/10. Flavored very well. 10/10 for the lumpia and birria taco that comes with the ramen! I'd come back for that alone. Their strength is their variety and attentiveness service. Affordable prices. Great and casual space!

We loved the spring rolls. 8/10 I like more meat but that's fine. The wrap is so crisp and they really almost melt in your mouth. The yellowtail is a must try!!! I can't find it so fatty and melt in your mouth good easily. I haven't had it so good in 14 years!! The hibachi was an 8/10. The inside was kind of smelly which should have been my first clue to as how the food would be. I ordered a spider roll which was good although poorly wrapped. Then I ordered a TNT roll with raw tuna inside and out. The tuna laid on top of the roll was extremely sour. One bite and I immediately knew I messed up when I had swallowed. I was disgusted and immediately called Bamboo to tell them. They apologized and offered to remake another day as they were about to close. Fast forward to another day I got the roll remade and checked before leaving the premise of it was fresh. Smelled fresh enough, went home and just wasn't all that impressed. Didn't expect high quality tuna that's just buttery but I don't want tuna that smells or tastes fishy. Not worth the stomach ache!

As for the sushi it was fresh & delicious. I really enjoyed the food I got from here and I would eat here again if I can back in town. This review really is between 3-4 stars but the reason I'm going with 3 is because the way they seat you is pretty confusing & inefficient. You have to order prior to being seated which cramps the entrance and slows down people trying to pick up a to-go order. Which that being said.. I WOULD 100% recommend this place to anyone into looking for a good dinner.

You can make a meal with a something similar to a bowl of ramen, or get tapas. We opted for tapas, 2 per person is about enough for a normal meal portion. In order of my preference, we ordered the following: 1. Ribs. The ribs were out of this world, and I don't even like ribs. They had a ginger, soy/teriyaki flavor, lots of tender meat, so good I used the sauce with the fries. 2. Tuna tacos. They were present as large chunks of seared tuna with excellent toppings, and hard shells. I would have preferred soft tacos, but still excellent. 3. Bao chicken bao cow. Very good, 2 steamed buns with meat and veggies, similar to a mini banh mi. 4. Ceviche. Good, but a very small portion, enough for 5-6 bites, not with the price per portion. 5. Duck fries. Good flavor, but no longer offered with poutine, which is what made it stand out in the first place. Not very original compared to other dishes. My wife also bought the kiss of the prom queen drink, which was extremely tart, which she loved and I hated ha. Mandy was our server, very friendly and genuine with perfect recommendations. We brought our baby too, no high chairs available, but we brought our own portable one.
