They took the time to introduce themselves, answer our questions, and make both my son and our family feel welcome and supported. My son had a tough time adjusting at first, but instead of giving up on him, the teachers worked with patience, compassion, and consistency. They communicated with us regularly, kept us updated in real-time, and always made us feel included in his progress. Even on hard days, we felt reassured that he was in good hands. The classrooms are clean, warm, and well-organized. The activities are engaging and thoughtfully planned. But most importantly, the teachers are nurturing and invested in each child's emotional and developmental growth. Now, our son is thriving. He is confident, happy, and ready to start kindergarten. We truly believe Building Kidz helped heal the negative experience he had before and turned his early education into something positive and empowering. We're so thankful to the entire team especially Ms. Marina, Ms. Hilda, Ms. Anabel and Ms. Rosa at Building Kidz. Highly recommend this school to any parent looking for a safe, supportive, family-oriented and enriching environment for their child. Also, my son loved the food here and always ate the snacks and lunch that he wouldn't normally even eat at home. A huge plus!!

From the first week, they sent emails on how she is settling in and tried different ways to help her. I especially appreciate Ms. Mary who is always trying her best with my daughter. Thank you so much to the staff, especially Ms. Mary and Ms. Briana, for giving my daughter a safe and welcoming place to learn.

I have picked up my nephews and niece from this school frequently. This institution has consistently had AMAZING teachers.  My sisters' kids had the same teacher, Ms. Michelle and even though my son has different teachers (Ms. Farishta and Ms. Denise), the quality of care and education he received is consistent with the same outcome of her kids. So even though teachers have changed throughout the years, the standards in which these teachers are Montessori trained are high. From day 1, I dropped him off confidently knowing he was in wonderful caring hands. And now that it is towards the end of the year, I reflect back and remain in AWE of the advancement he has made in terms of education and social skills.

Really nice campus with lots of play area and greenery right next to a church and Montessori. It is secluded and safe. Always felt safe sending our child here. When they resumed activities after being shutdown during the height of Covid, they maintained strict mask mandates, sanitization habits and social distancing. This was actually quite effective and is evidenced by the fact that their first Covid outbreak happened within a month of getting rid of the mask mandate, which was few months after kids vaccines were available. All staff are kind, nurturing and respectful. There was a change of ownership in mid 2022 and the new owner Seema is very enthusiastic and is determined to ensure the school performs at its best in all aspects. They are open to feedback and constant improvement. We also like the mix of kids from a variety of ethnicities giving our daughter a chance to develop friendships beyond racial and cultural differences. We have seen a lot of teacher churn over the 2 yrs but luckily all replacements have been able to maintain the quality. We wish the allergy standards are more strictly enforced in potlucks or parent sponsored birthday foods. All major holidays are celebrated well, so there is good community building and the weekly newsletter and updates on ProCare app are great. We will miss sending our daughter here. A great place for anyone looking to kickstart their kids education.

Finding the right place for such a young child is stressful, but Royal Kids has truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we enrolled, the love and dedication of the **teachers** have been remarkable. They are genuinely warm, patient, and engaging. My child rushes into the classroom every morning, which is the best indicator of a safe and happy environment. The **curriculum** is thoughtfully designed--it's much more than just play! They strike the perfect balance between fun, creative activities and intentional learning. I am constantly impressed by the **education** my child is receiving; they are developing crucial social, language, and motor skills through structured play and discovery. If you are looking for a preschool that provides a loving, structured, and enriching environment, look no further than Royal Kids. Highly recommended!

After requesting a list of days that they are closed during the year, as it differed from the dates they disclosed during the time of enrollment, they terminated my baby's enrollment. Instead of just providing the dates, they gaslit me stating that I was the only parent who inquired about specific dates. One, I don't care what any other parent does with their kid, that has nothing to do with me and mine. Two, that is just not true, as my baby's teacher told me that she overheard the director explaining to several parents about the excessive and random dates that they are closed. In the contract, they state they are closed from Christmas Eve through New Year's Day, that's reasonable. But in reality they are closed from the 19th through New Year's Day. They give parents three weeks notice of these non-contracted closures. They also close the school during the week to clean the school, instead of just cleaning or hiring cleaners every weekend like most other preschools and daycare centers. As these "cleaning closures" are few and far between, I also inquired about how often they were cleaning the school as they claim to be very "clean environment" focused during the tour. I doubt they clean regularly as my child was consistently sick. Literally, after she got over one sickness she was right back sick with something else. It also needs to be noted that they have an abundance of cameras outside of the school but absolutely zero inside. Parents are not allowed in to see their kid's class (only during the tour), they force pick up and drop off outside. It's crazy that my baby was only there for less than three months. They clearly realized I was not the parent to just lay down and go for whatever when it comes to my children. I'll proudly be as disruptive as I need to be behind my kids, as any mother should be. Way too secretive to be caring for people's children and they need to be watched more closely by the parents who still have children attending.

She is one of the most advanced readers in her class (already two levels ahead of where they want the kids to be by the end of kindergarten), and she still sings the rhyming and alliteration songs she learned in preschool when she pronounces new words. I am so lucky that the teachers here were part of our lives for so long.

Excellent and affordable daycare/preschool!…read more My daughter attended this center when it was also known as the Eden Youth and Family Center Daycare. She started at one year old and stayed until she went to kindergarten. What stood out was the multicultural and caring staff. The staff treated us and my daughter like family. Four years later, my son was born and he started attending what is now the Eden Early Childhood Development Center since he was 4 months old. He will be three next month. This preschool/daycare is a gem in the middle of what may not necessarily be the best neighborhood. The staff are all new, caring and highly experienced. The improvements can be seen in the physical space. The walls are filled with beautiful artwork created by the children. Pictures of the kids and staff are on the outside showing the amazing guests that come in (music teachers, police) as well as the special projects (cooking, gardening). My son talks so much and so fast and always has a smile on his face when I pick him up. The teachers are inspired by and using the Reggio Emilia Approach. For the price we pay, we are happy that this is the philosophy of the center. The other families are friendly and their children are happy, too. It is not located in the most plush surrounding area and neighborhood, but the community organizations in the neighborhood do support each other as far as I know and the staff keep everyone safe and sound. Definitely check this place out if you are looking for quality, affordable daycare with caring, knowledgeable, multicultural staff. Oh yeah, when your child includes the daycare teachers' names singing the "good night" song, that's got to be a good sign. :)

He learned a lot of great things while he was here. Shortly after he started we noticed his manners improved (please and thank you), and in the Covid world they did a great job inspiring him to wash his hands properly. He's leaving TK knowing his ABCs, basic addition and subtraction, counting to 100, some sight words, and more. The kids do a wide variety of hands-on activities in TK, including crafts, science experiments, and even cooking. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are included in the tuition, which was a huge help. My kid is a really picky eater and they encouraged him to try everything, but if he didn't like it they would give him something else to eat (cereal, fruit, etc...) If you're enrolled full day the drop-off/pick-up window is very flexible for working parents - 6:30am-6:00pm. I typically didn't pick my son up until 5:45pm because he refused to leave if I came earlier. He was always having too much fun! I want to add that I just adore the kindergarten teacher, Miss Norita, and I am sad he won't be attending kindergarten at Elmhurst. We're leaving because my son was admitted to the Mandarin DLI program in Hayward and you have to start that in kindergarten. We plan to enroll our second child here once he is old enough.
