Yes, drop-off can feel like chaos--after all, we all want to get to work, and everyone's rushing to drop off and leave. But that's normal for any school--it's just part of the daily routine. I've met the previous principal, the attendance clerk, and the assistant principal--who has a true love and passion for kids. It's clear they all care deeply and work hard for the students. My kids are always excited when they come home and love being at school. For communication, I personally prefer email--it's a reliable way to avoid small mix-ups like forgetting a note. Kids will be kids, and they'll get wild without their parents around, but that's part of growing up. Sometimes, I think the low-star reviews come from people who didn't get their way, rather than reflecting the true spirit of Stonebrae. I can't thank the staff enough for their dedication.
