If you call their number it transfers you to their call center in a foreign country, which is super unhelpful. If you email the agent with urgent needs or questions you can expect a long wait until you hear back. Now that my home is on the market with an open lawsuit claim against the insurance company they wrote me a policy for I am excited to be done with Brightway soon. You get what you pay for!
