When she was brought out she was completely in tears and crying they did not even let her stay in a room to come down before taking her out. They did not give her pain meds or anitbiotics claiming that a shot she was given during her surgery would numb the pain for 3-4 days Which it did not She went back for a revisit about 5 days later after Begging them to see her because a Tooth site was bothering her doctor green came in and 1 did not wash his hands nor put on gloves and opened her mouth and poked the one socket that was completely healthy but he also snapped at her grandma then told them that all 4 sockets where infected after this revisit he gave her antibiotics She went to a actual professional oral surgeon who told them that all four were not infected and the site that he did jam his nasty finger in has now become a dry socket they also said all 4 where in the proper stages of healing when he jammed his finger in there and pushed out the healing tissue and that they had never heard of the shot that they used that I mentioned in the beginning

I wanted some type of meds so I would not know what was going on and feel no pain so he was going to do an IV. I said I am hard to get a vein, like almost impossible but he insisted saying he done this and knows what he is doing that there would be no problem, unfortunately I trusted him. I went in for the procedure and they were so very nice, up till a certain point. I was in the chair and he was trying to get an IV started, one arm, then the next arm then in both hands, nothing but pain, he could not get a vein just like I told him would happen... then he tried to put the IV in my foot and I hollered just to stop, I did not want to do this anymore.. He literally got mad at me and told his assistants to go ahead and break down, which they immediately did. At that time I thought I was alone and was left in the chair. I was 65 at this time, and overweight so could barely get out of the chair alone. after struggling for a while I was able to lift myself up and turned around to my surprised Green had been standing behind me the entire time, just watching with his arms crossed, struggling to get out of the chair, and all he could say was, "you still owe me $300.00... Humiliated, I got up and left the room, went to waiting room where my husband was waiting on me at and just started crying, told him what had happened and the receptionist heard me tell my husband he tried to insert the IV in my foot... she said that is not true he would not do that, the nurse behind her turned and said, "yes he did I was there". I paid my $300.00 and I left. I would not take my grand daughters Cabbage Patch Kid to this guy.

Worst property managers I've seen in my life! Their house are in abysmal condition, nothing ever…read moreworks, most maintenance requests are being ignored, even emergency calls that threaten severe damage to the house. When we rented from Park One, we had to fix emergency issues ourselves and the non-emergency problems were simply piling up. If you are a tenant, they will steal money from your security deposit under the most ridiculous pretenses and then ignore your attempts to contact them. If you are a property owner, prepare for your house to turn into a dilapidated mess within several years.

SCAMMERS. They will not respond to any emails unless they have something to say. They will also block your number after they're done with you. Per law, close out letters/statements shall be sent to the tenant within 30 days of receiving the forwarding address and if they don't then the tenant is entitled to a full refund. Not only did they fail to get the letter in the mail within 30 days, they also listed a few bogus charges on the statement and kept all $2200 of my deposit, which they refuse to give back because they acted in "good faith". I've requested receipts and invoices for all charges and based off what they have sent so far, they probably made some stuff up because some amounts are not matching what they notated on their letter. They charged me for a broken window that was broken prior to me moving in(never gave me a condition form let alone even mentioned it). I still live in the same town so of course I drove by the house multiple times only to find the window was still broken up until 7/22 when they finally replaced it. I've been out of the house since 4/30. Two months later and they finally replace the window AFTER I have hounded them weekly about it. They charged me for electricity from Tri-County even though the home is in Oncor territory. Those are two separate entities, you have one or the other.. not both. I've requested a statement multiple times but all the can provide is a credit card transaction from FEBRUARY. I didn't move out until the end of April. But according to them that isn't a "major issue". Not to mention all utilities were in my name so if anything was owed then it would have come directly to me from Reliant.. not Tri-County. We experienced many inconveniences during the two years living there such as a broken AC unit in the middle of the summer, roofers showing up with no warning and maintenance requests that went unanswered for month but we chose to stay cordial with them because the rent was cheap for what we had and just because everything else that was decent in the area was way too expensive. I've given them two months to do the right thing but they still refuse so I have gotten an attorney involved since that's the only choice I have left at this point. I'm sure they've done this to sooooo many other people over the years but I am not the one and I will see this through to the end.

I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this office, which is especially…read moreupsetting because I had a great visit here last year and was very happy with their care at the time. This year, leading up to my annual cleaning, the office called me multiple times throughout the week asking me to move my scheduled Saturday 12:30 PM appointment to an earlier time (around 10 AM). I clearly explained each time that I work long hours and that 12:30 PM was the earliest I could come. Despite this, they continued to pressure me to change my appointment. On the morning of my appointment, they called again and told me they needed me to come earlier because "the doctor did not want to wait two hours for my appointment." I was also told they "usually close early," which makes me question why they even offer later appointment times if they are unwilling to honor them. I was then told that I would need to reschedule, even though I was fully willing and able to attend my original appointment. I had already rearranged my schedule and stacked multiple medical appointments on my only day off that week specifically to accommodate this visit. Like many working adults, I have very limited flexibility during business hours, and I don't think it is unreasonable to expect a healthcare office to respect a time slot that they themselves scheduled. As someone who works in healthcare, I found this extremely unprofessional and not patient-centered at all. When I later decided to cancel because I no longer felt comfortable with the level of professionalism, the receptionist simply said, "Okay, I will cancel your appointment and inactivate your account. Goodbye." No apology, no attempt to address the issue, no basic courtesy. Patients should not be made to feel like their time is less valuable than a provider's convenience. The lack of respect, communication, and professionalism throughout this entire interaction was shocking. I will not be returning and would not recommend this office based on this experience.

I ended up having her come to Richardson to get her wisdom removed and it was $267 TOTAL! She was told she also had a cavity, decided to have her get a 2nd opinion on that as well. Come to find out she has no cavity! I would avoid this office!
