Before moving day, they had the opportunity to assess the size of our home and determine what equipment would be needed. Despite that, they arrived with a truck that was too small to complete the move. Instead of having a second truck available, a large portion of our day was spent searching for a U-Haul. The U-Haul they eventually rented was also too small, and the movers repeatedly pressured my husband to transport our belongings in our personal van because they didn't have enough room. What should have been a one-day move turned into a two-day move because AB failed to arrive properly equipped. The problems didn't end there. The movers lost the hardware needed to reassemble our refrigerator, leaving it unusable until the end of the second day. As a result, the refrigerated and frozen food we had carefully packed in coolers spoiled. We submitted receipts documenting our loss. Our Lovesac AnyTable was gouged and chipped during the move, and numerous other items were scratched or damaged. Instead of placing boxes and furniture into the correct rooms as we paid for, many rooms were simply filled with random stacks of belongings. Even worse, the garage was used as a dumping area, with heavy boxes, furniture, and miscellaneous items piled together. We have had to move many of those items ourselves just to unpack and determine what else may have been damaged. After I submitted a formal claim, AB did send a representative to inspect the refrigerator and the other damage. He looked everything over, told us the necessary refrigerator parts would be ordered, and made it seem as though he would be back the following week to complete the repairs. That was more than two weeks ago. Since then, we have repeatedly called, left messages, sent additional photos, and provided everything they requested. We have received virtually no communication, our calls have not been returned, and we have since learned the refrigerator parts were lost. We were never proactively informed of that or given a timeline for resolving the issue. Mistakes can happen during any move. What has been the most disappointing is the lack of accountability, communication, and follow-through. We paid for professional movers so we wouldn't have to finish the job ourselves or spend weeks chasing the company to honor its commitments. At this point, I cannot recommend AB based on our experience. I sincerely hope they will finally complete the repairs, resolve our claim, and stand behind the service they promised.

Communicating with their customer service is infuriating. The customer service employees can be anywhere on the globe. Some of them are not easy to understand. The website they use (TownSq) can be very difficult to use. When a request is placed through TownSq, the resident receives notice that the request is closed before anything has been done to remedy the situation. I'm hoping that one day our board will replace them with an ethical, competent company.

They did not give her pain meds or anitbiotics claiming that a shot she was given during her surgery would numb the pain for 3-4 days Which it did not She went back for a revisit about 5 days later after Begging them to see her because a Tooth site was bothering her doctor green came in and 1 did not wash his hands nor put on gloves and opened her mouth and poked the one socket that was completely healthy but he also snapped at her grandma then told them that all 4 sockets where infected after this revisit he gave her antibiotics She went to a actual professional oral surgeon who told them that all four were not infected and the site that he did jam his nasty finger in has now become a dry socket they also said all 4 where in the proper stages of healing when he jammed his finger in there and pushed out the healing tissue and that they had never heard of the shot that they used that I mentioned in the beginning

This year, leading up to my annual cleaning, the office called me multiple times throughout the week asking me to move my scheduled Saturday 12:30 PM appointment to an earlier time (around 10 AM). I clearly explained each time that I work long hours and that 12:30 PM was the earliest I could come. Despite this, they continued to pressure me to change my appointment. On the morning of my appointment, they called again and told me they needed me to come earlier because "the doctor did not want to wait two hours for my appointment." I was also told they "usually close early," which makes me question why they even offer later appointment times if they are unwilling to honor them. I was then told that I would need to reschedule, even though I was fully willing and able to attend my original appointment. I had already rearranged my schedule and stacked multiple medical appointments on my only day off that week specifically to accommodate this visit. Like many working adults, I have very limited flexibility during business hours, and I don't think it is unreasonable to expect a healthcare office to respect a time slot that they themselves scheduled. As someone who works in healthcare, I found this extremely unprofessional and not patient-centered at all. When I later decided to cancel because I no longer felt comfortable with the level of professionalism, the receptionist simply said, "Okay, I will cancel your appointment and inactivate your account. Goodbye." No apology, no attempt to address the issue, no basic courtesy. Patients should not be made to feel like their time is less valuable than a provider's convenience. The lack of respect, communication, and professionalism throughout this entire interaction was shocking. I will not be returning and would not recommend this office based on this experience.
