Upon calling you get someone who plays dumb. The result? I will not go back and am now paying for all of October without using their services. At the corporate level this company is a hot mess! I've used all the different beds (basic, high performance, standing) as well as the red light booth. The bulbs are always strong and changed frequently so you don't have to waste time in an inefficient bed with bulbs that are past their prime. I love the UVA-only bed (Matrix) but the Alpha is great too, especially if you get hot while tanning, which I do. the equipment is always clean and well-maintained -- no burnt out bulbs or cracked acrylic to be found. The staff are always kind and helpful. Logan is lovely and is always sweet and she knows her stuff, too. I appreciate the wide array of lotions they sell that work for most price points and budgets. My only complaint (not really even a complaint, just something I'd like to see changed even for part of the year) is that their hours aren't longer. If you work a shift during the day, you may not be able to make the time to tan, especially if you try to go on lunch (since the traffic on that road can be a bit nuts with how close it is to Keys Cafe and Buddy's). It would be nice if hours were longer, even if just for prom preparation season. Overall very pleased and I recommend them 100% whether you want a traditional tan, red light therapy, or a spray tan!

Stella is hilarious and was very kind to my mother (who was anxious about being berated about the state of her feet, pre-pedicure). The massage chairs were nice, and they were easy for my 8 &1/2 month pregnant self to get in and out of without too much trouble. (I also liked that the chairs push back from the tubs quite a bit so I could really stretch my legs out instead of perching like a hawk practically right on top of the pedicurist the entire time, which is very uncomfortable....Rita's.) $35 for a good 30 minute soak (with lots of bubbles!), scrub, foot and calf massage, LOTS of cuticle oil and a great paint job AND an amusing stylist with a Jersey accent? When I got there they were unapologetic about canceling the wrong appointment and spent more than 15 minutes looking for my cancellation/voicemail or something on their phone which in that time, I could've been waxed by then. They said I had canceled it myself online (which I didn't as I advised that's why I left the voicemail explaining the situation) then said it was because I interchange my last name. I can't help it that their site uses gmail which automatically populates my maiden name. I was a repeat customer each month for waxing services but as they seemed to get more comfortable with me, the quality of the service seemed to start declining. I'd go home sometimes and still have hair where it was supposedly just waxed a few hours ago. I stayed with them out of convenience and because you get a discount for repeat wax services but I think now I will pay a little bit more for better quality. Guess you get what you pay for.
