Terrible. I paid $40 for a spray tan and it left no color. They refused to reimburse me, said I had to call my bank.

I got to use the diamond bed and the room was sparkling clean.

In my life that means…read morewashing all heavy bedding and clothing layers before packing them up to swap for lighter, brighter spring and summer delights. Unless I want to do several continuous loads, that means using huge laundromat washers Suds has two massive washers. One was apparently out of order. The coin receptor on the other jams so badly, it may as well have been labeled out of order as well. Even the attendant gives up on it and refunds my money with an apology and a suggestion to use the next largest washer drum. The machine was already fully loaded with items and detergent, if course, so this made for an amusing - and very messy - swap. Tons of powder soap end up on the floor in front of both original and smaller machine. The attendant had stated he'd return the amount he and I had gotten through jamming into the first machine as well as give me a single-size soap packet to make up for what I put into the mess. In returning with the cash and seeing my large containers of detergent, he notes this and says he guesses I don't need the soap after all. Heads up: Customer service isn't about whether the guest has enough to cover your mistakes as a business - it's about taking responsible for bumps in your operation and their consequences. I jokingly muse that I could drop a note in the suggestion box, and the attendant dryly responds - Steve would never fix it. Or upgrade to coinless operations to make life much easier for his guests. Well, that's comforting. It's okay, there are plenty of laundromats that not only would, they have long provided that service. Oh, and while waiting on my washer, I spotted another guest having to unload a dryer to move his items to the next one over - because the coin receptor on it was jamming as well. Nice. Irony that in leaving this spot, I drop in on a lovely, clean laundromat down the way that I'll definitely be visiting next time I have blankets to wash. So thanks for that!

We used a "sudden blitz" deal that we had purchased several months ago. We both agreed that our experience here was not relaxing, and not even worth the discounted price we paid for it. We were told to put on robes and taken into our massage rooms. There was no hook in my massage room to hang my robe, so I had to put it on the floor. My massage was basically an experiment in how much oil my massage therapist could put on my back. She just kept slicking it on! My sister said that her massage therapist kept yanking and jerking her arms and legs around really sporadically. We were both hopeful the mani/pedi would be better, but it went downhill from here. They only had one nail tech on staff, and while she was perfectly nice, she was not very good. She went back and forth between the two of us, and it took two and half hours to get our mani/pedis! My cuticles had paint all over them, and there were parts of my nail that only got one coat of paint and you can clearly see that the paint was not evenly applied. My sister's nails chipped less than a day later. We were at this salon for three and a half hours for services that should have taken half that time. I feel that when I booked the appointments, the front desk should have told me that we would only have one nail tech and it would take longer. To top it off, we had to pay a $3 massage tax and $1.50 for the nail files used during our mani/pedis. This just seemed tacky at a place like this. For what is supposed to be a relaxing experience, this just turned out to be a stressful debacle.

Anyway, this location is really cool and the girls here were beautiful and friendly and awesome in every way. The tanning salon here is excellent. It worked really well. I have no problems with it. I was happy that it was here and I was happy that the girls running it was so great. It was my last tan in Minnesota but next time I'm in Minnesota I will definitely come back to this part of town and get another tan, even though it's a little out of the way from anything that I actually wanted to do - I'll still make it a destination, largely because they were just so nice.

It's not worth it. I don't tan easily, and I don't burn. They would only let me into a level 1 bed for 10 minutes my first time there. Then my second time, 10 minutes in a level 2. I already have a tan. I have been tanning elsewhere. I only went here because I had Groupon credit and had to use it on something, and I am extremely unhappy. I've gone twice, and have gotten ***no*** color. The counter girls aren't very friendly, they're rude and condescending, and think their "no burn policy" means that customers should throw money away on literally nothing. I go tanning to develop a tan. Not to sit under a hot bulb for a few minutes and come out with no color.

I've used all the different beds (basic, high performance, standing) as well as the red light booth. The bulbs are always strong and changed frequently so you don't have to waste time in an inefficient bed with bulbs that are past their prime. I love the UVA-only bed (Matrix) but the Alpha is great too, especially if you get hot while tanning, which I do. the equipment is always clean and well-maintained -- no burnt out bulbs or cracked acrylic to be found. The staff are always kind and helpful. Logan is lovely and is always sweet and she knows her stuff, too. I appreciate the wide array of lotions they sell that work for most price points and budgets. My only complaint (not really even a complaint, just something I'd like to see changed even for part of the year) is that their hours aren't longer. If you work a shift during the day, you may not be able to make the time to tan, especially if you try to go on lunch (since the traffic on that road can be a bit nuts with how close it is to Keys Cafe and Buddy's). It would be nice if hours were longer, even if just for prom preparation season. Overall very pleased and I recommend them 100% whether you want a traditional tan, red light therapy, or a spray tan!
