I've used all the different beds (basic, high performance, standing) as well as the red light booth. The bulbs are always strong and changed frequently so you don't have to waste time in an inefficient bed with bulbs that are past their prime. I love the UVA-only bed (Matrix) but the Alpha is great too, especially if you get hot while tanning, which I do. the equipment is always clean and well-maintained -- no burnt out bulbs or cracked acrylic to be found. The staff are always kind and helpful. Logan is lovely and is always sweet and she knows her stuff, too. I appreciate the wide array of lotions they sell that work for most price points and budgets. My only complaint (not really even a complaint, just something I'd like to see changed even for part of the year) is that their hours aren't longer. If you work a shift during the day, you may not be able to make the time to tan, especially if you try to go on lunch (since the traffic on that road can be a bit nuts with how close it is to Keys Cafe and Buddy's). It would be nice if hours were longer, even if just for prom preparation season. Overall very pleased and I recommend them 100% whether you want a traditional tan, red light therapy, or a spray tan!

It's be great to get that done! I am so glad that I went to Lola for my treatment, my scalp feels so clean and refreshed and I feel like a new person. The entire experience from the jump was great, it's a welcoming space with calming sounds and essential oil diffusers that set the mood as you enter the spa space. The bedding and blankets were actually a surprise and I was a little nervous as it's hard for me to relax sometimes.. Lola fixed that! The spa experience was so relaxing that I was really close to falling asleep on multiple occasions. Thank God I don't snore if I did.. When I called I was told only one person there can do spray tans which was a little inconvenient for scheduling. When I got there the woman told me she only had one shade--dark. I went ahead with it and it was really dark the next two days, but looked pretty good by day three. I asked the woman if she would be around the week of my wedding and she said she would. I called over three weeks early to make the appointment and was told she was off that week. When I explained my situation they had the spray tan woman call me. She said the only way she would be willing to come in that week was if someone else made an appointment. I just called Groupon and got my money back after that.

Farah is incredibly knowledgeable and detail oriented. I like her. She knows her stuff and genuinely cares. I got more constructive feedback on the state of my skin than I did from my own dermatologist. I am going to buy the five treatment package; it will be the first time I've bought a package from anyplace. That's how impressed I am and how excited I am to continue receiving services here.
