If I could give zero stars I would. I signed up for the second most expensive package to tan and 3 of the employees had no idea what the Free friend pass was when I signed up. I went today with my daughter to use the pass, who has tanned there before. The employee there said she couldn't tan because of her age. This is fine except for that she has tanned here before, so there is inconsistencies in their regulations and clearly lack of training in their employees. Seems because there is a monopoly in Shiloh they cam treat their customers how they want. I have attached the Free Friends Pass that is located in their site in order to further educate their employees. Do not go here, much better service and friendlier staff at Hollywood Tan!! read more

I just come from palm beach tanning I went to get a unlimited spray tan was not impressed I was rush gal was very busy showed her some coupons she said she didn't know how to get coupons in so I ask her to ask someone she ask manager she said I couldn't use them then why are they out there started out with a $41 dollar spray unlimited ended up over 91 dollars I would not recommend palm beach tan in Shiloh. I had never used a tanning bed before, but finally decided to go check this place out as they were doing free tans for the week -- which is an awesome deal that I couldn't turn down! When I went in and explained that I had never used a tanning bed, Jocelyn (sorry I spelled that wrong!) was super helpful and friendly and got me familiar with the place. Received a "deal" via text to tan or spray tan for 30 days for $19.95 . When I went to this location they weren't aware of the special and just showed me a pricing chart that went from $19 on up. What I found out is you are required to sign up for a membership and you will be charged an additional fee of $20. Going back to Hollywood Tan! read more

I am not sure if Palm Beach tan was just a name change from Pacific Beach, but I will say the customer service has greatly improved since then. I used to walk in pacific beach and it was a very blah, unwelcome feeling...girls with zero personality...or visitors would be monopolizing the lobby and it always felt as if I was intruding. The girls here now have been very friendly, knowledgeable and informing of the specials. Ive had a membership for over 7 months and just recently been advised of the tax perk by one of the staff who was friendly enough to point it out...so I do feel as if I missed out on some benefits along the way. read more
