Soon as you pull into the strip mall, it's tucked into a corner next to the Veterinarian office. Upon entry, the place was really clean, but not alot of furniture or decor so don't be alarmed, you are in the right place. What was great was that we had just called 45 min earlier and they had no problem taking us. We signed up for the couple's massage and our room was ready upon arrival. Private room with 2 tables next to each other. We got settled in and the masseurs were ready about 15 min later. I tell you what, that massage was great! They did a wonderful job with the level of pressure applied and definitely did not rush through the process. Very nice ladies! Our total, $115 for 2 people at 60 min!!! Wow!!! What a deal!!

We were treating ourselves, woke up just to head that way, got in, and waited 10 minutes past our appointment time before they finally let us know that one of our masseuses hadn't shown up. They offered us 20% off a future service, but that was pretty much it and sent us on our way. My boyfriend pointed out that if we had cancelled, we would have had to pay 50%, but I won't speak more on that. We were lucky to get in the following weekend for a couples massage, but they weren't very accommodating to our schedule even though they initially cancelled on us. After we had already driven there. The massage we got was great, my masseuse was more about applying pressure than actual massage, which isn't usually my thing, but I have so much relief from it so I can't complain. My boyfriend also thoroughly enjoyed his massage. As far as our service went, it was great. I'm just not sure I would continue coming back here since it hasn't been the greatest experience. However, once we arrived, the menu of services available at the spa was completely different from what was advertised online. It was disappointing because we chose this spa specifically for those treatments. I understand that businesses update their offerings, but the website should accurately reflect the current location, atmosphere, and available services. Keeping online information up to date would help set the right expectations and avoid disappointing customers. I hope they update their website so future guests know exactly what to expect before booking.
