The Hampton location is definitely my home store and the closest one to me, and I honestly felt…read morelike had to share my experiences here since lately I've had mixed feelings and bad reviews about other locations. I originally came in about a month and a half ago with one of those free tan vouchers online, fully expecting not to spend any money at all ,lol. Jodie, the manager, helped me at the counter and was super knowledgeable and honest from the start. She explained that the free voucher couldn't be used on weekends, then took the time to break down all the spray tan pricing and membership options for me. Once she explained that a single spray tan basically cost the same as getting a monthly membership, I figured I might as well commit since it's summer and I knew I'd want to tan weekly anyway. Then she told me about a special they were running on their top-tier membership -- half off the first month with unlimited access to all the services. She explained it in a way that made TOTAL sense financially because I could try everything for basically the same amount I was already about to spend, then downgrade later if I wanted. Honestly, smartest upsell ever because it genuinely benefited me too. Sign me up! What I also love is this place is sooo much more than just old-school tanning beds and spray tans like back in the day. They have all kinds of sauna options, red light/light therapy services, wellness and recovery stuff too. It's honestly turned into a place where I can come do self-care, self-maintenance, relax, and get my glow on all in one stop. Since then, I've tried multiple services I normally never would've considered, and I've actually loved them so much that I extended my membership into another month instead of downgrading . Thank you- Jodie and the Hampton team- Big shoutout to ;Noel-fave counter girl) for always being helpful, explaining the best deals, and really taking care of me and recognizing my needs and setting me up with the right products and services to achieve them. Definitely recommend this location

Very disappointed in my experience here. First , the pressure to purchase expensive monthly…read morememberships is annoying. Second, I paid $60 for a booth tan that was awful. The bottoms of my feet are dark rust colored, nothing at all on my calves, strange lines on my inside wrists, dark splotchy dirty color on my neck . After one rinse, I barely look tanned at all. Such a waste of money. The only good thing I can say is the attendant was friendly . Do not recommend Palm Beach. I could have gotten a custom airbrush tan for what I paid . I definitely deserve a refund .

Please, please avoid the worst hair mistake you will make. This girl destroyed my head. Not just my…read morehair, my actual head. I have had extensions for 9 months. Never had any problems until I came to her. It's been two weeks since I had extension maintenance. I have had two beads fall out. The entire back section of my hair is almost detached from my head. The front left section came off my head, sticks straight out, and left a bald bleeding patch of skin. How does that even happen? Then I noticed that everywhere she attached the extensions, the skin is red, irritated, and there are areas with scabs. On my head. I called her to tell her all this, and she told me it sounded very suspicious to her. That she didn't believe me. I told her I could come in and show her and send her pictures, she told me she was busy and on vacation for the next two weeks and was going to let me go now. Then she hung up on me. I don't even know if I need to go to another stylist to fix this. I might need like a full-on dermatologist or idk what else. I am like panicked about it, and she wouldn't even give me the consideration to listen to a customer complaint. I had to call my bank to stop the charge because she was just going to take my money. Knowing full-well I was going to have to go in and out another person to try to fix her horrible mess. And FYI: was trying to charge me $400 for another row of extension. That is double what you pay anywhere else. This girl should not be allowed to touch another head. I truly cannot believe she left me like this, or that she has her own business.
