I went today with my daughter to use the pass, who has tanned there before. The employee there said she couldn't tan because of her age. This is fine except for that she has tanned here before, so there is inconsistencies in their regulations and clearly lack of training in their employees. Seems because there is a monopoly in Shiloh they cam treat their customers how they want.
