I had never gotten a spray tan before and I was nervous to do it because let's be honest, we've all seen spray tans go wrong. I read sooooo many reviews and ended up choosing this biz! Bronze2U uses "solutions that are natural and organically infused with Aloe Vera, Green Tea, Vitamins A, E & C. They're FDA certified Vegan, Gluten Free, Paraben Free, and there's NO animal testing involved." Impressive! Other (cheaper) locations use an ingredient that can make you orange, but not here. The natural ingredients also didn't break my sensitive skin out at all either. The owner Bree brings a pop-up tent and spray tan machine with her, directly to your home. She quickly sets up in a few minutes and has you strip down to whatever you feel comfortable in. She put lotion on the parts that tend to keep extra color: elbows, knees, toes, etc. She then did the whole spray tan in under five minutes. She then puts powder on you to keep it on and you're instructed to wear baggy clothes while you wait. The tan didn't wash off on anything though - I'm impressed! You can choose to get the medium tan, which is the cheaper option and has you waiting six hours before showering. There is also the quick tan option which is more expensive, but let's you shower in only an hour or two (you choose when to shower based on how dark you want it to be). I did the medium tan, waited six hours, rinsed off, and was impressed by the natural color I had. It looks so natural and glowy. Sooooo good! Bree is also is an esthetician and has a location downtown in the XG Groom Room, where she will also start doing spray tans soon too. I'll definitely be doing this again!

She is so friendly and makes you feel like you are in a room with one of your friends, rather than a stranger you just met and stripped down in front of. I was very comfortable and she explained the process before we started and again as we went. I actually went to her building, which was easy to find, has easy parking that only costed me about $2.20 for 2 hours (I definitely did not need that much time but I'm an over preparer when it comes to downtown parking). She didn't give me a tour knowing it was my first time at a sun spot. I went a second time and a gentleman was working. He was much more polite & kind. Showed me around and explained what was best for what I wanted. I'll go back but I suggest they teach some of their employees proper etiquette for new customers.

The outdated decor and mixed matched style of the old place was renewed with clean colors, beach decor, and some very cool design elements. The prices remain fair but are now displayed to be more easily read and understood than the old 'menu' of options. The bulbs have also been replaced recently and they added sunless tanning as an option. Great place, check it out!

I was told to go to the bathroom and use the toilet paper or paper towels if I wanted to take it off. eek. They were also out of barrier lotion, so the woman at the front said to "try and scrape as much as you can off the side of the bottle. That's what everyone else has been doing I think." eek. Also, the woman at the front was kinda rude and acted like she didn't want me there. She seemed like she didn't know what was going on and when I asked a question (it was my first time so I had a few questions) she made it seem like it was a very stupid question. I just don't think customer service and talking to people is her thing. When I was about to get the actual spray tan, the light above me started flickering like it was about to go out. Kinda like a strobe light, and it kept doing this for the entire 15 minutes I was in there. It was kind of funny honestly, but also made me feel like I was insane because I was also scraping lotion off the inside of a bottle and applying it to my knuckles and elbows wearing only a hairnet. A gosh darn wild ride let me tell you. The tan itself looked pretty good, which is why I gave it a two instead of a one, but they need to do some SERIOUS work with being friendly and having the right supplies. 2/5 for sure.

I called to cancel the membership and a lady with an accent the same one who convinced me to sign up in person told me that's not what she told me at all that she said you have to pay 2 billings cycles one for $20 and another for $85 before you can cancel. She laughed at me and said she wasn't even the one that I signed up with... I recognized her accent and voice immediately so not sure why she's telling people the can cancel after the first month of $20 when that's not true.

I called to explain that I was not able to get to the business and the person who answered acknowledged that they also didn't know that there was going to be a parade that day. She suggested that I would be able to park over a mile away and walk to their location! At that point I couldn't even get to where she was suggesting and my appointment time was within 10 minutes. I asked if I could reschedule for later in the day since I would miss my appointment. She said no and that she had called and left me a message the morning of my appointment about the parade. The message was left for me less than 2 hours before my appointment. I asked if I would still have to pay for my appointment since I couldn't get there and asked why nothing was posted on their website when I scheduled about possible access issues. She told me that I should have looked on the city's website to see what the city had going on for that day and that I would have to pay since I didn't give 24 hours notice and again pointed out that she left Me a message the morning of my appointment. I pointed out that her mess wasn't 24 hours before my appointment and I should be able to reschedule. She refuses to reschedule me and charged me for my missed appointment. I have been a loyal customer but I WILL NEVER GO BACK. This is not how I expect to be treated for my loyalty and generosity. Great way to lose business Massageluxe!!

My face feels amazing and it's so shiny now. The aesthetician put extra energy to educate me on facial products I should use to improve my skin and how to use them. I am not a pro so I appreciate it. I also had a Brazilian done after for the first time. Although I have nothing to compare it to I thought she did amazing helping me through my first time. Overall, great experience. On the day of our appointment (my birthday) we went into the salon and they informed us that indy beauty spot was no longer at that location. When they tried to contact Stacey she didn't answer. To say I was very disappointed and frustrated is an understatement. Later that day I recieved an email from Stacey apologizing and stating that she tried to contact the number on file. Which is my current number, and I never recieved anything. She then told me for my inconvenience she would treat my friend and I to free facials. I responded, trying to set up an appointment with no reply. It has been 3 weeks. This is not the way you should conduct business. I understand she was moving locations, but it is still totally unprofessional.
