It took me at least 5 tries in the Columbus area before I found this gem (aka April)... and I literally tried all recommended hair salons before coming across Jean Evan Salon. I even tried the "popular" salons who may even have higher yelp reviews. But no. April listens to what you want-gives her own opinions too but listens. And what's more than that- she seriously does an amazing job! I don't have great hair- but when I leave there you would never guess that. She does perfect color, perfect cuts... I like be the way she does layers. She's also super sweet and funny but that's just a bonus. Go here! You won't regret it!

I was not made to feel comfortable at all. In my opinion they want to get you in and get you out as soon as possible without engaging in any conversation. If you decide to go here, expect very high prices with absolutely no customer consideration. I have to say the best cut was probably Dustin Herring with Ryan Wade being the absolute worse. The salon's decor is nicely done and it's very clean. However, I place more emphasis on customer service and price. This salon is extremely pricey with no customer service. I found a great salon with wonderful customer service and prices within 3 miles Jean Evan salon.
