I asked her to simply touch them up. I had shape and just wanted strays gone. She basically took all of my eyebrows off. They are not even or straight at all. When I pointed out that she had taken a huge chuck of hair out and left my eyebrow in a weird V shape towards the front and that both sides were very uneven, she proceeded to try to deny that she did it. She said, there was no hair there to begin with, your eyebrows were already thin, that's how they had to be done. Among many other excuses that made no sense. I have added a before and after picture. This was the worst experience I have ever had with my eyebrows in 34 years. I would not recommend this place if you like your eyebrows
