But the nail tech hardly had anything to say to me (maybe no English?). And her fingernails were dirty and her hands didn't look clean; maybe just stained. But she trimmed one of my nails that was injured as a child and although I told her not too cut it too short, she did and then she split my nail with the tool she was using, and it hurt! So she had to cut it very short to keep it from snagging on things. I'm going to look for a new place.

She was recommended by my other daughter. My granddaughter's hair was highlighted in a very unattractive red color. Other kids were making fun of her. Then, when it came to my hair. She did not listen to how I wanted my hair highlighted and styled. She did not highlight the color I wanted. My hair was way shorter than my daughter, and I was told it to be 85.00. I was charged an additional 45.00. She does not have prices up. Apparently, she charges whatever she wants. She also has a dog running around her shop. This dog growled at my daughter. While I was having my hair shampoo and toner on this dog, it lay on my chest. She never once told this dog to get off of me. This is very unprofessional in this business to have an animal interact with customers. This was the worst experience I ever had. To top it off, my daughter was 35 weeks pregnant. I do not recommend this shop unless you want your hair butchered.

Walk-ins welcome". HA! After standing there for 5 minutes I was finally greeted by the employee sitting on her ass reading a magazine. "Do you have an appointment?" she asked. "No" I replied "Just a walk in". She says "Oh we don't have anything open until 2:30" which was 3 hours later. A completely empty building with not one customer inside except me, there are 2 employees in there sitting on their asses, one reading a magazine and the other looking at her phone......but apparently I needed to sit around for 3 hours staring at the sun and waiting for them to peel their asses out of their chairs to do their job. WTF do you have an enormous sign in the front that says "Walk-ins welcome" and then when someone walks in you are too lazy to even get out of your chair to greet them? You have NO ONE in here except workers and I'm supposed to wait half a day for you to get motivated enough to put down your magazine?? Yeah, I'm not going back. Nice to know there are people still out there proving all the Southern stereotypes true.
