Traveling for business and wanted a pedicure. Honestly, in LaGrange there aren't too many places to choose from. Pretty Nails had the best reviews, so I tried them. The interior of the business could use some sprucing up and a remodel. Not as many colors as I would have liked to pick from either. The most important part though is the quality of the pedicure and it was great. My technician did a good job and was thorough. Give them a try, I'd return myself. read more

I called and was able to get an appointment for a fill with about a half hour notice. They did a great job and fixed some issues that came from the previous salon. A nice selection of colors and designs, and I really appreciated that they checked that I still liked the color after painting the first nail. read more

Surpassed my expectations! My aunty brought me here I was not sure at first but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is so lovely and nice. Got a pedicure.... their chairs may be old but they are amazing, the pedicure was fantastic also the miniature I had done was great. I do not recommend at all. I got my toenails done by I believe Amy. 50$ for a deluxe and she didn't once touch my feet other than to do the callous removal and she didn't get my ingrown toenails out like the deluxe said it came with. I communicated with the technician next to her and she relayed to her but still nothing was done. No apology, no offer to charge a little less because I didn't get the full service. Nothing. I tipped normal and paid but I do not recommend. Awful experience for a new person in town and first visit. read more

Went to pretty nails over my husband and I's vacation to see his family, his step mom told us to to go here. He got a pedicure while I got my nails done. I asked for coffin and he needed a good scrub down on his feet. We didn't have to wait for that 5 minutes and that whole time I spent trying to pick a color, he went first and shortly after I went to get my Acrylics. The guy that did mine did such an amazing job, he took his time, asked me if they looked good and the shape was sharp and spot on. The color came out perfect also. Me and my husband finished at the same time and his feet looked amazing!! I mean wow! My husband is in the navy so cute feet are hard to come by but boy did the lady do amazing. Very impressed, wished we had this Nail salon in California because I've never been so impressed!!! read more

Really like the shop and the staff, would prefer for the clients to not bring so many of their children as they can be very noisy playing on their phones, they take up all the seats , therefore waiting clients have no seats as we wait our turn. I just moved to LaGrange so I was basing my first visit off of reviews. I called ahead, being that it would take me about 30 minutes to get there & was told I didn't need an appointment, there wasn't a wait. I asked if I could make an appointment anyway just in case that changed before I got there & they said no it's fine. I get there & waited over an hour to even be put in a chair. Then the girl who came to work on me ended up stopping to wax 2 peoples' eyebrows before even running water for me to put my feet in. I opted for a deluxe pedicure & it lasted only about 15-20 minutes, my heels are still scratchy & she didn't massage my feet AT ALL. She did a scrub of some kind on my calves with hot stone but it was so quick... I am just all around disappointed to spend more time waiting than getting service, then when I got service, it was awful. She also painted up past my cuticles (Which should have been pushed back and cut). So I will be further unhappy once that peels up and potentially ruins the polish. I still paid full price, still tipped 15% (because that's the right thing to do) but I will not be back. read more

Worst experience ever. I went in for a simple eyebrow and lip waxing. First of all, the woman doing my eyebrows didn't let the wax cool off before putting it on my skin. She then got wax in my hair. As I was going to pay I asked if they had Apple Pay and they said no. I called my friend who was in the vape shop next to pretty nails so he could use his card. I told the cashier he was on the way and she called I guess their security gaurd from the back and he came up to me and asked for me to pay my bill. It was rude and I felt insulted. As a Hurricane Matthew evacuee and new in town, I found it a good sign to see 10 women waiting patiently for this shop to open one morning as I planned to give them a try. My instincts were correct-I only waited 5 minutes before I was given a very good gel manicure by a competent and efficient young woman. I definitely would go there again -give them a try! read more
