Want to feel special? This is the Salon for you! I have been seeing the owner/stylist for years. Brandy makes sure she focuses on each of her clients one at a time. She makes sure she gets you in and out of the Salon in a jiffy with the style you desire. Her hair care technique and shampooing massages are to DIE FOR!!!! Her and her friendly staff makes sure you feel welcome. The over all appearance of the Salon is cute and classy with pop of city and color! I love it here ! When I addressed it, I was met with dismissive responses toldI was acting "childish" and called me "child" for not accepting any thing else that a refund of the no show fee, multiple defensive emails over three days, and ultimately banned from the salon. I was even threatened with defamation for saying I'd share my experience via social media. Thankfully, my bank refunded the charge -- but the way I was treated by MKP management showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I can no longer recommend this business.
