The kids that work in there are rude and always in their phones and ignore you. Avoid this location.

The manager Sabra Graham gives good lotion recommendations I am already so dark! This location has a bunch of cool beds that they don't have at all them. read more

I had the worst experience at this location. Tyler Love was working and she was extremely helpful during my experience although it was bad. However, I went in and the spray tan shut off mid tan and she immediately reloaded it and apologized profusely. The second time it shut off AGAIN. So she called another location to have them spray me for free but the location on Wesleyan did not want to give me my add ons I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR so I would have to pay for those again. Before leaving I asked if I could use the restroom and was shocked to find out that the restroom had not been working for TWO WEEKS. I will not be returning to this location. read more

Do not under any circumstances enter into a contract with any one of their franchise facilities. First, they move locations constantly. And communicating with corporate is impossible. Epic fail. read more

Everyone deserves a second chance, and at the end of the day this location is clean and conveniently located for me. I don't go to become BFF's with the employees. Anyways who knows maybe the lady just had a really bad day that day it happens. read more

Palm Beach Tan - Skin Care Near Me - Houston, Texas

Rip off. Paid 40 bucks for a 12 minute bed and only was allowed six minutes because I was a new customer of this Palm Beach Tan. Even though I am a member of Malibu and all of the other tanning salons that they bought out. Fucking bullshit to be honest with you walked out looking exactly the way I did when I walked in complete waste of money and time read more

**Update - Reading other reviews this Sky character is a repeat offender and habitual line stepper! All of these people can't be wrong! And even if 1 out if the many is right a wise business owner would take appropriate action.** The manager Sky clearly has a lot to learn about customer service, and adulthood for that matter. She is clearly not fit at all to run a small tanning salon nor any business of any size. The attitude her grandiose attempt at showing me will not go unanswered. No customer should be talked the way she tried to talk to me. I stopped all conversation and forced her to say she understood my issue like she was a 5 year old pouting over candy. Rest assured I will handle this in the appropriate manner....! read more

If I could give them zero stars I would DO NOT GO THERE. I got a membership and my husband got another one I got in accident and let them know I couldn't go to cancel my membership by myself since I wasn't going to be able to walk for a while. they said that I couldn't cancel by phone so they kept on taking money out of my bank account it has been 4 months that I haven't been there I went there and called and I tried to cancel and they don't do it !!! That have been stealing literally my money for months... over 500 dollars and they still don't let me cancel I am supposed now to write a letter to corporate. STEALING MONEY from people is not okay!!! You should be able To cancel if you had an accident or else. read more

I been all around the country to different palm beach locations. This location and the management that runs the Houston market are the worst. Disrespectful and rude staff. It's by far the worst market in the country! read more

This place is great! Definitely a step up from Darque tan!!! The employees are super sweet! My ONLY complaint/suggestion- i really feel like this location should have a lock on the door... then the girls at the front desk should have a little button where they can allow people to come in. Darque Tan had this for a little bit. There is a club about 3 doors down from this place... hate to say this, but it gets kind of ghetto in the parking lot at night. All the beautiful young girls at the front desk in there are sometimes there all by themselves... there's men everywhere just chillin in the parking lot, i did speak to one receptionist about it once and she told me shes gotten harassed a few times by the guys walking by going to the club. She hates it. A few have even come in to try to use the restroom, I've seen. With everything going on now a days in Houston, i just really feel the receptionists there and even the customers inside should be a little more protected!! ‍ Especially since sometimes those girls have to go back in a room to clean a bed all by themselves. Idk you just never know :/ I actually also just had to have my boyfriend take me today because having car issues and he told me I'm never allowed to come here by myself again because of all the activity in the parking lot from the club. After a long day preparing for a presentation on Monday I noticed I was Casper white! I called Carley and asked her what my options were. It was 9:30 close to closing and she told me to come in and she would take care of me! She really helped me come up with a game plan to be stage ready for Monday! She really went above and beyond! Best customer service star goes to Carley! Sam was also all smiles! What a great experience! read more

I wish you could give negative stars. PBT is a joke. I became a customer because they bought out Malibu. So I tried it out for a couple years, and had so many issues! I canceled and moved to EZ tan..guess what they bought that one as well. So I thought hmm let me give me them another chance. Well that was a waste of money and time! I would rather buy a tanning bed then to ever give PBT another penny! Anyways Bronze Bar on Westheimer gives PHENOMENAL spray tans and service! read more

Palm Beach Tan is a fantastic establishment! I arrived at Palm Beach for the first time and was greeted by Scarlett, who is a shining star and clearly deserves a raise based on her awesomeness alone. She is super friendly and approachable, and not over eager, pretentious, judgmental, or over-the-top about tanning. She answered every single one of my questions and even thought of the questions that I would have later and wouldn't think to ask. She is also knowledgeable about how to get desired results. The girl knows what she's doing!!! When you really get to know her, she is hilarious and will brighten your day! Each time I have visited, she has greeted me by name and made me feel welcome. If there is a problem, she will find a solution for you, and accommodate you if something goes wrong on their part. read more
