I love this place . I have been here few times. Staff is welcoming . Crowd is great. Price is reasonable . Have tried few clubs around this place . But vibe in Palladium is awesome . Specially staff is welcoming . What's matters is smile and pour drink. Have to enjoy the night . Key points : mixed crowd so don't try to be too fancy . Avoid sports jersey . Decent black pants and shirts work best . read more

Went here for my birthday this past weekend and it was so ridiculously packed and untamed. As I was on the dance floor a table in VIP feel straight on my foot. Security did nothing but put the table back. There should be better railing in VIP so this doesn't happen or they should just do better at controlling crowds and making sure people are okay.. read more

Palladium Nightclub - The bruise on my foot from the table falling on it. - Dance Clubs Near Me - Modesto, California

This club is completely unprofessional. Online it clearly says they close at 2:30 AM, but when my friends and I showed up, they said their doors close at 1:00 AM and refused to let us in. On top of that, the security was extremely rude and told me to "just come back tomorrow" -- knowing I drove all the way from San Francisco to Modesto. That's over an hour trip wasted because they can't keep their information accurate or treat paying customers with respect. Definitely not worth the time or money. read more

My first time there and my last. There are other surrounding clubs that are way better. The staff were entirely rude, not welcoming. And a ridiculous dress code. I wore pants and was almost denied entrance bc it apparently wasn't showy enough for a female, it's was cold and I would much rather be comfortable. Worse club I've ever been to read more

Way too crowded, too many men standing around, feels creepy. They have several different rooms playing different music so that's nice but you can't even really dance due to how crowded it gets. read more

I wanted to raise a concern about your security guards on 8/9/2025. While removing people involved in a fight, the guards were shoving uninvolved guests aggressively, which felt unnecessary and unsafe. I understand the need to control the situation, but the way it was handled put others at risk and came off as unprofessional. I hope this can be looked into and addressed. read more

It's cool for being a club in Modesto. It's way better than what it used to be to be back in the day. Nice variety of music. Like how there is a big outside area to sit hang dance smoke. I love how you can go to different rooms to dance too different music. The bartenders were friendly the security is typical. They have tacos that they cook just basic but at least they have something! read more

The service is not really good and I was expecting something different but it was not, I wouldn't go again

worse nightclub ever!..... first they discriminated a group of people ahead of us cuz they were in California as visitors and they didn't had q California license. They charged $80 dollars for a band that was only going to play 30-45 without letting people know. this people only want ur money DO NOT RECOMMEND.... would definitely go to PURA or CLUB CARIBE FOR AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE...

I came here for my friends birthday. He had a table, well 3 tables. The night was fun. Music was coo. People were coo. I heard this place has 4 rooms that I kept looking for but didn't see them lol. The price of the bottles were crazy for the selection they had. I would never get a table here unless the prices of the GOOD alcohol went down becuase those prices that my friend paid for were ridiculous. Ive been to this club more than a few times and it's cool. It's not a OMG if that makes any sense. read more

Place is gross and the staff are rude won't recommend if you enjoy the high quality establishment

So I've been here a few times and we definitely had fun every time. The club is split with Latin music on one side when you walk in and then on the other side is Hip Hop. The energy is great here, all of the times that I went everyone was lit. It's not the nicest spot but it is a good time for sure. We got a VIP section and bottle service and if you have a party with you I think that is for sure the way to go. DJ Stan keeps it lit, his music selection is a wide range and he's one of their top DJ's. read more

Honestly I love this place! There's two sides, the Hip Hop side and the Latino side and they're both lit. I love me a little Banda and bachata from time to time but I also like to get ratchet. The drinks are okay but I'd recommend get bottle service which is an affordable flex (it ain't trickin if you got it!). Great music! Shout out to DJ Stan for always keeping it lit and making sure we always have a good time. read more

SATURDAY MAY 5/26 I had soooo much fun tonight, but can I just say something? Lol. Ok so we went to the bar at the banda room I just wanted an AMF, and a bartender named NOAH completely ignored me. Like he would not acknowledge me and then I asked my niece to order for me ( we went out for her 20th birthday) he ignored her too lol like he would NOT make eye contact like wtf?? He attended to everyone around us, like HE MADE IT A POINT to serve everyone around us while ignoring us, At that point I was VERY confused, like what did I do to you?? anyway went yo the other bar in the main room and whatever.... I had so much fun but wth NOAH?!?!! read more

Idk why people come back to this place even myself I go back just to give it a other chance and the people here are just mean and horrible I just want to have a good time . And vibe with people. Even with people I don't know . I was just sitting in one of the rails because I wanted to rest and mind you there is no one sitting at their table so I thought it was fine for me to sit and a guy actually kicked a beer on purpose to me and one of my family members and other time I went I was having a good time with these girls and later they went off and beat up some girl . Honestly I will not be returning the vibes is always off or someone getting beat up . read more

I freaking love this place 10/10 recommend I would come everyday if I could love the drinks there read more

Security doesn't do much except bounce around a flashlight. The dress code is unclear, online it says "strictly enforced" but women came in actual lingerie and tennis shoes. Overall, it was hot and musty in almost every area. They need more fans or ventilation. Music was good though and I had fun dancing with my friends. read more

So I've been here a few times and I had a horrible experience back in 2017 the person preforming wanted more money and they refused to refund me saying I'd be put on a list to enter any event free well that never because when I called they didn't even know what I was talking about. Then returned in 2021 for my brothers birthday we didn't finish two of the bottles we bought a total of 7 bottles that night had 3 tables the waitress said she'd come back with the receipt so we can return and finish our bottle. When I asked for the receipt she said she gave it to my brother who has already left. The next day my brother ask me for the receipt because the waitress told him she'd given it to me! And now I recently saw videos of their security guards physically assaulting a customer and the owner said he 100% stands by his staff. Which I have pictures of the conversation! That's ridiculous I will never again step foot in that place or El botanwro. read more

My boyfriend wasn't allowed in because his shirt was not a brand type. It was the most ridiculous thing I've heard. So apparently now you have to have a brand name shirt/clothing to get in. Sorry we don't meet your expectations Palladium I'll still be shopping at Ross. Oh and before all this happen I saw a few guys wearing none brand shirts and they went in with no problem. read more

I love coming to Palladium! The Spanish room is always cracking!! You have to come early to get a table. If you get on the guest list you don't pay anything or like tonight you get specials. Tonight they had their $20 special which included 6 drinks of your choice!!!! This is the first time I've been here with that special and it was definitely worth it!! I hope they have more promotions like this in the future. The club has three rooms including a patio!! You get 4 DJ's of mixed music. I enjoy Palladium when they make an effort to make their customers happy :) read more

Had VIP table and the Don Julio 70 bottle we had was not Don Julio but some cheap tequila. I know my Tequilas and they definitely put some cheaper tequila in their already used bottles. Ask for them to bring it sealed so that you don't get duped. You've been warned!! read more

I used to go all the time, for about 6 months straight ! I loved it, but for some reason latley the main guy that checks ids has been saying my stuff is fake when I've showed my birth certificate , my birthdays on all my apps on my phone and then the other night they stopped me to say someone messaged their boss saying my id is fake, when there's multiple people that I meet in there that are actually minors! you don't go by word of mouth for those kinds of things. They don't check certain peoples IDs especially over at spotlight. I've seen them take money from people and then not check ids, I've even seen them accept people with out bringing their ids. The security constantly hook up with us girls or try selling us drugs and take us home with them. At this point I feel discriminaTed because while all the comotion of me argueing with the bouncers of them letting me in that night because my id is real and they have been letting me in, some lady from Colombia walks up with the other security and the main bouncer half way looked at it and said it's fine to go ahead . extremely dIsatisfied with palladium and spotlight! read more

Went to see lil Pete, left at midnight because artists never showed up. Also who in 2023 doesn't accept card.

Went on Jan. 6, 2023, had a fun time, but one of the staff in the hip-hop room killed my group's vibe. He poured water down the back of my boyfriend's shirt while we were dancing and said it was an "accident". Like no way your water bottle is accidentally spraying water from a foot away? Completely childish. read more

This my first time trying out Modesto nightlife...it's exactly what I expected it to be I give it 2.5 because of the drinks but the air and people are mustyEveryone smokes everywhere and definitely past maximum capacity you can't even dance or order drinks. If you want to see a bunch of Edgar's and 40 year old desperate men then this def your spot read more

I'm giving this a 2 stars because , When I first arrived they said full capacity ( I came all the way from San Francisco) then I said can I go into the English side and they let me in , As I go inside I see it's not even crowded ! Second Im trying to get a shot from the bartender and he tells me no more alcohol at 1:00 AM like why not state law says untill 2:00 am !? The I walk away & not even 5 min pass buy and he selling to some girls alcohol , then I go back again and ask for drinks , he sets up the shot glasses then comes back telling me no more alcohol like whattt ?? The staff is very unorganized & miscommunicated , the only thing I can say that was good was the venue and it's big with 3 different type es of music floors . read more

Ok so Ive never been inside, but I HAD to review it because of something I saw . We were coming back from the Gallo after a show and there was a kid trying to get in, but he had a T shirt on , so he had taken his shirt off and was putting on something he'd obviously picked up from a consignment store to get past the dress code. So that's not bad enough, I've seen weirder sh*t outside nightclubs. But what got to me was that they were checking all the guests for weapons (GUNS, KNIVES etc) before they let them in . WTF??? why on earth would ANYONE in their right mind want to go to a club where they have to check patrons for weapons??!?!?!? Even the hoochie-mamas (who seem to be perpetually stuck in a 90's "Jenny from the Block" vibe dress sense) were being checked. Oh HELL NO ... theres Ghetto and then theres GHETTOE ... this place seems to be the latter. read more

Love this place!! No minors, good/strong drinks, music is always bangin and the remodel is nice. Minus one star for the fights... Man Modesto can't we just get along and save the unnecessary kiddie drama for sports bar! read more

The Girl Bartender over at the hip hop section tried to rob me by over charging me $37 extra dollars on my tap on top of when I called her out on it she caught and attitude and tried to say she wasn't over charging me when I had asked the other bartender how much was it for my two mix drinks and two shots and he told me 30 yet she was charging me $67 she's rude and she's a thief who seems like she's done it before and gets away with it so she does it often must be nice to try and forcefully tip your self $37 dlls read more

This place is pretty cool. They really try to entertain. Yknow if your gonna charge a cover at least make us feel yer trying to entertain us. They have alot of great performers at this club and a whole bunch of levels with a bunch of difference bars. I like the dollar taco truck out back too. This place isn't even promoted as great as it should be. This place is very well decorated an has such a great atmosphere . They make great drinks here too read more

What the hell happened to this place?! It used to be somewhat classy, now it's just ghetto! The business has stepped it up and improved things cosmetically, but now just seems like all the ghetto ppl are flocking there. The music was so so. They didn't play too muchof the newer music. Watch out for the bar in lime light. They have a $20 minimum! We ended up with 4 beers AND they didn't give us bottles. The bartender said something about bottled beers are only given in VIP. EH! Incorrect!! The patio area gave us bottles and didn't charge this whack amount. This place is so weird. One of the security guys had his arm around some chick while she grinded on him. Wtf?! Dress code is anything you can find in your closet accept shorts. I dunno if I'll be returning anytime soon. read more

The middle section where they play bachata and Spanish Latin music really needs to try and understand what the customer is looking for. And please don't play 5 songs of the same rhythm back to back. It really just drags on after a while. Drove all the way from Fresno because someone had highly recommended it. read more

Diego makes the bomb ass mix drinks recommended him go to him if you really want a good drink makes them really strong but you will have a good night when he makes them. My personal opinion he makes Buchanan's & pineapple together read more

Just left...I can definitely see the potential. I looks like a really cool place, but it was DEAD on a Friday night.‍‍‍

I liked it. Since they have such a strict dress code they should post it somewhere tho. I looked all over amd couldn't find it

There's a reason why this place is called "get-laid-ium". Nuff said. read more

It had nice staff but the club was dry and there was very aggressive men and weird people and the music was not that great

Great place to dance the night away! Good location and security is on top of it. It has three dance floors with a variety of music. From hip/hop, bachata, cumbia, salsa, Banda and Spanish rock. It even has Vicente Fernandez at the end of the night to sing along too. The DJ was off the hook! He would lower the volume during a song everyone knew so we could hear our own voices and bring it back up again. I enjoyed how he got involved with the crowd. I've been to my share of clubs in the bay area and it is not easy to find the right DJ who will enjoy the night with you. I've always gone with a dancing partner, so I never had a bad experience with the "ex-cons" or one night stands. If your looking for an awesome night near Modesto, Paladium is the place to be. read more
