We walked the property together and he was able to explain the entire process. I was skeptical as I've had several estimates from Facebook Marketplace and such sites that require upfront payment before any work is to begin. This was not the case with Atlanta Irrigation Services. We agreed that the property needed 7 zones which is about the same as some of the other quotes that I'd gotten. The biggest difference was the attention to my lack of knowledge of a sprinkler system. From different sprinkler heads to winterizing, the knowledge from Chris was extremely thorough and professional. Fast forward to the day of installation. The crew showed up at the crack of dawn ready for action. Again extremely impressive as I've had contractors tell you one thing and do something totally different. The install was estimated to take 2 days but the job was complete in 1 full day. I did not get pictures of the yard throughout the install and was a little nervous as the yard was trenched and dug up in so many different areas. To my surprise when the crew was complete the yard was in great shape. after a couple weeks you shouldn't be able to tell any work was done. Chris came out a few days later to ensure I knew how to operate the Bluetooth sprinkler control box, showed us where the emergency shutoff valve is located and ensured that we were comfortable and satisfied with the entire process. as you can tell I am extremely impressed with the entire process. From sales rep, crew, and follow up. We plan on reaching back out to Atlanta Irrigation Services after we build a garage in the back yard and actually our neighbor was impressed with the install and got a quote from Chris for their backyard. Five Stars from the Watson family. We sincerely thank you guys for an epic experience.

I called another company that I have used before, and although very nice, they were fully booked for like 3 weeks, which given my situation I couldnt do. He recommended Omar as he had done work with him in the past. I called Omar directly, who was able to come to my house the next day. As soon as he arrived, he got straight to work with I think his brother. It took about 1-2 hours, and he replaced a broken valve and two sprinkler heads for a reasonable price. I also had him install a rain sensor. He told me he has been doing this for over ten years, but just recently broken off a couple of months ago to start his own company. He was polite, knowledgable and professional. I have already recommended him to my neighbor for their irrigation and lighting, so got to see him again. Fully recommended.

One of Jose's teammates came by on Saturday and fixed our mystery leak from the irrigation main…read moreline. The cost was affordable compared to many bigger companies and Avelardo really knew what he was doing. He traced the main line from the valve to the source and only dug where he needed. All done in about 2 hours with drying time for the glue in the pvc pipes. Highly recommended. They do prefer text or messages since they might be on the job. Best advice is to stay flexible. Their response and scheduling time fluctuates and they are a small team working across the metro. Took me about 3 days for them to get back to me with intermittent messages and text but it worked out.

Furthermore, if one checks the service area as defined by this company, one can easily see that Marietta is smack dab in the middle of his service area (see map of his service area with my location circled in red). Mister, if you don't want my business, suits me - there are many more irrigation repair companies to choose from. But don't insult me with a phony reason why. I had a contractor cut an irrigation line in my backyard. The contractor couldn't find the shut…read moreoff valve for the irrigation system so he turned off the water at the meter. I couldn't find the shut off valve so I started calling irrigation specialists. My hope was to get a tech to come out to find the cut off valve and to replace the cut irrigation pipe. The best I could get was a next day service call. I finally called All About Irrigation & Landscape Services. I spoke with John Watson. I described the problem to Mr. Watson. Mr. Watson told me that they could schedule a tech for next Tuesday or send one out today on an emergency call. Mr. Watson warned me that the emergency call would start at $250.00. Mr. Watson then offered me a third option. He told me to take photos of the area around my water meter, send them to his phone and he would mark them up to show me where I would likely find the shut off valve for the sprinkler system. Mr. Watson was juggling other customers calls while we texted photos back and forth. Following Mr. Watson's instructions and using the bayonet in a minefield technique I found the box containing the shut off valve buried under an inch of sod. Thanks to Mr. Watson I was able to safely turn the water supply to my house back on. I don't know what Mr. Watson's role with All About Irrigation & Landscape Services is but his efforts won me over as a customer.

After I contacted him to follow up he said he would check where the quote was and would resend...quote never received and never heard back from John. Guess they didn't want the job. Follow up is terrible with so many contractors
