This was weird because it has never happened to any other location that sells this product. Anyways, the nachos were very good and generous with the cheese sauce. So I went again on another day to try out the elote. While I was there I noticed that they had diablillo on the menu so I tried it out. I've had one before at the fair in Mexico. I was asked if I wanted lime in my elote, I thought that was nice. I already know what Valentina tastes like in elote so I tried the homemade salsa they had. I have to admit, I really didn't like the elote. I think the mayo was weird. Almost as if it was salad dressing and not mayonnaise. The diablillo drink was only ok. It was not Slushy enough more like two big chunks of ice .

I was too full to order an elote, but I grabbed a coconut pop and my boyfriend got a horchata pop. Absolutely loved both of them. The coconut pop does have coconut flakes in it. I know many people don't like coconut shreds in their coconut desserts, but I personally prefer it. The horchata pop also has a bit of rice in it which is simply genius.

Tacos are $2-$2.25 for corn tortilla and around $3 for flour (but it's a bigger tortilla with more meat!). Meats offered are: Pastor, Bistek (steak beef), Pollo (Chicken), Birria (stew beef), brisket, Lengua (Beef Tongue), Nopales (cactus), Chicharron en salsa (pork), Chorizo (chopped pork), Campachanos (Mixed meat beef and pork), Suadero (belly of cow OR pork) I tried pollo, bistek, birria, and brisket and they were all AMAZING. But my favorites are definitely the birria and brisket which had the most juiciest flavorful meats I've had in a taco in a long time. Served with limes, salsa, raw onions, and cilantros! I also tried their Quesobirria plate which was $10.25 which included 3 tacos made to cheesy queso perfection and served with rice and beans, limes, salsa, onions and cilantros...and best of all their signature consommé. This is such a great meal deal that will leave you feeling satisfied. Their quesobirria is ridiculously tasty that I'm already craving it again. I was actually recommended to get this item when I was looking at the menu from another customer who raved about how good it was. I'm telling you, this did not disappoint!! ***RED AND GREEN SALSA IS SPICY HOT*** Not for the faint of heart, this salsa is no joke and the perfect heat for your mouth - even in the summer, but don't say I didn't warn you! The red is supposed to be spicier according to the owner. Other Menu Items: Tortas, Burros, Quesadillas, and Gorditas You can add rice and beans for $1.50 each! The rice even has some pieces of carrots which is delightful addition. They also sell Drinks (Aguas Fresca) with flavors such as Watermelon (Sandia), Melon, Lemon, Hibiscus (Jamaica), Horchata (Cinammon sweet Milk), Tamarindo, Pina Not all flavors offered at the same time as they switch them out. I tried Watermelon and it tasted delicious and had little pieces of fruit in it too which was nice. Their Regular or Small cup is only $2!! The large cup is $4 They also do catering. Where they come to your event with a full setup and can provide up to three tacos, quesadillas, salsa, onions + cilantros, 2 aguas fresca for your group. They have already catered several events and their trompo has been a huge hit. Currently located in the Exxon gas station parking lot on the corner of Broadway Blvd and Oates Drive in Garland, TX. 5 mins from I-635 and 5 mins from I-30 across the street from the Garland Post Office and South Garland Library branch. They have a small covered seating area in front of their truck where you can sit and eat or enjoy in your car. They Do Accept Mobile Pay. Exactly what I'd want if I had a cold and needed to be nursed back to health. Two pupusas came in the order, and they were good: soft inside and crispy outside, plus two sauces. The Caldo came with diced onions and jalapeños to add, and a side of nice dry rice. Two thick homemade corn tortillas came on the side as well. Five stars for the salsa verde Four stars for the barbacoa…read more Three stars for everything else. This place came highly regarded within Reddit threads for tacos in Garland. I had never heard of this place, and since I was in the neighborhood that day, I figure I'd check it out. This place definitely does not cater to gringos, with all the signs in Spanish. The lady who took my order did speak good English but I still ordered in Spanish. If you order for dine in, youll get some tortilla chips. The pastor was good, although there really wasn't much pineapple flavor or char to its texture. It definitely looks impressive though. The lingua was okay, but it could have been better with having some type of Jarred texture or stronger beef flavor. Texture wise, it was quite consistent and enjoyable. No peace was chewy or tough. The barbacoa was probably my favorite! It had the right amount of Grease, but wasn't overly greasy. It had plenty of beef flavor. The green salsa was amazing here! A deep bold pepper flavor, but still felt refreshing and bright. It had a good amount of spice to it too, but nothing that's going to knock you off your ass. If anything, this was my favorite part of the meal. It tasted as good as the salsa Verdes I've had in Mexico! The red sauce is not to be messed with! This was a mouth scorcher, while not being to the point of abysmal pain but not for the faint of heart. A lot of it's flavor reminds me of vinegar. There was another sauce that they kept hot. It tasted like it used dried chili's like a pasilla or guajillo. It was quite different from the usual salsas. I liked it, although it was quite watery in texture and taste.

When I arrived to pick up my order, the greeter, **Sarai**, was unfriendly, rude, and not welcoming at all. She asked for payment but wouldn't even move to receive it. When another employee was willing to help me, Sarai told her not to assist me. I have never been treated in such a dismissive and disrespectful manner. I don't want to believe that this was racially motivated, but the way I was treated was unacceptable and deeply upsetting.
