Well.... After having a long day we decided to stay in for Valentine's Day and order delivery to Ellis Island. We ordered from the menu in our room, BOY WAS THAT A MISTAKE!!! We ordered many different items to have left overs throughout the night... I heard my husband order each item and I heard the guy on the phone repeat the item. Even asked "Do you want everything on your burger"? To which my husband replied "yes"... After waiting an hour, our food arrived and lo' and behold, we're missing my burger and his buffalo wings! My husband calls back and proceeds to tell the same guy, with whom he ordered with, that he forgot our burger and wings... to which he replies "you didn't order a burger", my husband reminds the guy what he said exactly, and his reply was "oh, yeah"... he then tells my husband he will make the wings and burger now and deliver them in another hour! Without thinking, my husband says "okay, thank you". Once he hung up I told him "I'm not eating anything they bring because it's going to have either spit, hair or something worse in it" Husband agrees with me and calls the store back to tell him never mind, to which the guy says he will credit back the price of the missing items. Our food that was delivered was mediocre as well.... Would've been better off getting pizza and wings from 7-11 and a burger from AMPM! I would advise against ordering from any place that slips a sketchy looking menu under your door. I know it wasn't the "ideal Valentines date" but it was something we both agreed upon and wanted to relax and pig out together while watching our favorite show! Thanks for ruining it PB PALERMO PIZZA... by the way, I hope this is the same and right restaurant, as the menu doesn't have the same address as online ‍ Sketchy sketchy business... Got to our hotel room pretty late after a concert at the Sphere and had previously received a flyer for this place. Ordered the White Pizza and it was absolutely delicious!! Crust was perfect and so much flavor. Definitely will get this pizza again when I stay in Vegas! Plus they delivered it to our hotel lobby and let us know exactly when they would arrive! read more

Decent food. Stays open until 4a. 6a on weekends! I can't forget to mention the sweetest lil lady Eileen!! Grade A customer service! This could be the beginning of a meaningful relationship. read more

So freaking good! Got in our hotel late and couldn't find anyone that delivers to this hotel. Called the front desk and they recommended this place. Ordered a massive pizza, a massive cheese breadstick and mozzarella sticks. $58, definitely not complaining. Enough food to feed 6 people and have left overs. The food was incredible too. Authentic pizza with great flavor. Highly recommend! read more

What a gem! Delicious pizza that's open late every night. Placed an order for an extra large supreme, for 14 bucks, not bad. Picked it up 20 minutes later, piping hot and fresh. Seriously good pizza. It's not in the best area, but this place definitely deserves more business! read more

Garbage pizza ...terrible staff...prices way out of whack. Would definitely suggest NOT eating here unless diarrhea is what you have in mind . Sketchy advertisements , typical D- pizza that is only good if your absolutely starving and every other place is closed read more

Our hotel room had their flyer in the door and there was a $5 special throughout the weekday that includes two slices of pizza and a soda. Cheap deal and we went off the strip to try it out. The worker was very pleasant and the pizza was great. Comparable to Costco pizza ! read more

Palermo Pizza - Pepperoni Pizza - Burgers Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I don't even want to give these guys 1 star. Visiting from out of town they slipped a menu under my hotel door. I should have trusted my gut. They are the same company as boss pizza. It's taken over 2.5 hours and my food still has not come. I called Palermo and found out that when I called the lady on the phone transferred me to Boss Pizza. How would I ever know that? When I called to find out where my order is because I have 2 starving children, they told me to call over there. I tried calling Boss PIzza and no answer. I called Palermo and they kept putting me on hold. Finally the driver called and said he was on his way. My food still isn't here and will likely be cold. I'd recommend not ordering from either of these places. read more

The pizza was good and the delivery to the Westgate was quick. The driver was very polite and we had a really good meal.

Get pizza and service. Chicken bacon ransch and cheese sticks were excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This is the pizza I have ever tasted great dough and sauce also they have really great Customer Service.

Ordered my cheese bread sticks just received a cheese pizza for twice the price. When I asked for a refund I was denied while at the counter. Not the safest area to wait while waiting for a remake. I'm not from here but Roco's is definitely closer to the strip and seems safer. read more

Ordered 1 pizza for delivery, the lady charged my card twice than I had to come to the place to get my money back and the pizza too even I'm coming to get the pizza she still charged me frontage delivery fees saying that she was unable to refund the fees and just charged for the pizza. The pizza is not good as well. read more

Ordered 2 cold ham/cheese sandwich with fries. Sandwich was mediocre at best. Mostly bread and one VERY thin slice of ham. Meals were priced at $10.99 each but bill was $36+! Delivery fee that goes to the owner, not the driver! The place was less than 2 miles from hotel. Driver was very nice, owner is greedy! Just not worth the money. read more

2 hour wait for our pizza to get to our hotel the driver didn't even come inside we had to wait for him to arrive in his car pizza was barely warm. We didn't even receive a receipt. We called for over an hour asking where it was n the guy on the phone could barely speak English. N kept telling us for over that hour. Our drive be here in 5 mins n he hasn't came until we literally got a text saying he's at the hotel. Not even inside the building. N arguing where he was outside the hotel talking over my partner on the phone. We had to cancel our time at a mini golf course cuz they closed at 11pm when we ordered our pizza at 930pm this was not okay one bit. Want to talk to the owner. read more

This company is a hoax and did not get our order after paying tuis is not right why do you have to take advantage on people that are fair and just. This os our first and last to order. The Indian who took the order was the rudest, meanest and the most disrespectful cashier we have dealt ever. When we called to follow up this moron told us that the delivery driver was here in the hotel and that he was waiting. This guy's instructions was ""TO WAIT FOR A CALL FROM A DELIVERY DRIVER TO MEET UP TO WHERE WE CAN PICK UP" we did not get any calls from anyone and this cashier called us and gave the delivery drivers mobile number. Also, this cashier told us he was just a cashier and has nothing to do with deliveries (this is bad customer service and I hope the owners can view this issue). We called this driver and was the same attitude with the cashier from PALERMO VERY RUDE!!!!! He threatened us saying when we spoke "are you still picking up your food????!!!! In the first place he did not call us that he was here as per the instructions of that moron cashier and learned that this driver was on the other side of the hotel, considering the fact they took our room number. (We got their fliers inside our room and it was slid underneath the front door. This is the worst I have ever experienced and definitely will be the last for this company.I always believed that ot will take time or even years and decades to get a customer and will only takes ONE SECOND TO LOOSE ONE!!!!!!!!!! I WILL RATE THIS HOAX COMPANY NEGATIVE TRILLION ZEO, LOVE, NIL, BUTATA, UBOD NG BULOK..... read more

Tbh this was a lot better than I expected based on some of the negative reviews. It was late night and I was just craving a cheese pizza, and this place happen to be open in the neighborhood. Also ordered a side of fries & garlic knots. As for the pizza, the cheese was good, hot, sauce was flavorful and the crust was perfect. I'd eat here again. Everyone was nice too :) read more

Delivery took an hour and a half. Pizza came cold as ice not worth the order. The one plus was they gave us the food they were going to throw away. Avoid at all cost! read more
