I did not book at the time but immediately received a call from someone to talk me through my options. This was great. The booking experience online was seamless. I was able to chat with someone using messenger to get an understanding of the difference between cleaning options to identify what would be best for my situation. Unfortunately, I allowed the name of this company and some of the things they market themselves as being able to do to fool me into wasting $450 on a move in cleaning service. Overall, im completely disappointed because this was a very costly service and for the work produced I could have saved my money and did it myself and actually deep cleaned my home. Dissatisfied with the move in/move out cleaning because while the house was empty many things in the home were new such as one of the two bathrooms; two freshly painted bedrooms and all throughout the floors were recently stained or new vinyl was installed. It seems like the cleaning professional didn't think there was much work to be done and as a result was was very lazy with their performance. Cindy has been very responsive to my complaints and continues to share my concerns with management. She calls and texts me to keep communication flowing. However, at this point I need to hear from management. My completely empty home was not thoroughly cleaned and I want my money back.

I used the Yelp feature of getting bids from multiple companies. I wasn't sure it would work. It turned out better than expected. I conducted the entire transaction via text. Spotless was not the cheapest choice; I discarded that one. But it was priced reasonably. They showed up a bit later than expected, but it was fine. I assumed if I wasn't the first appointment, I should build in leeway. I wasn't in the unit. They sent before and after photos. I went back the next day. They did such a good job, I wanted to tip. I would recommend them enthusiastically.

The women who cleaned my apartment were punctual (actually early!) and very friendly. They loved my cat! They worked for about 4 hours and did a very nice job. I didn't give a full 5 stars because although my apartment is very nice and clean, I specifically was looking for a deeper clean which I don't think I received. I would certainly use the service again because they did excellent work, there was just a disconnect between what I would consider to be a normal cleaning and a deep clean.

I love Greenhouse Eco-Cleaning!…read more We've used them three times and every time the house has looked great. The cleaning staff we've had were very friendly & receptive to our requests about cleaning. (We've had Annette & Nivia.) Our first clean was the 4-hour deep clean, and the other two were 3-hour cleans. The first one was really incredible. Four hours in a studio gets amazing results (inside the fridge!!), but we have been totally satisfied with our 3 hour cleans. I've never had an issue with anyone on the phone or being slow - but we also never stick around while the person is here cleaning (it's a studio, so it's easier to just go to the park for a few hours!). However, the results are great and speaks to the quality of the work. I have spent 3 hours cleaning my apartment and it just is not the same. Greenhouse has better rates than other green cleaners & is totally worth it in my opinion!

Their quote stated how they bring all their own equipment but they showed up to clean a 1,300 square foot apartment with a little hand vacuum, did not mop any floor, did not clean the toilets or showers, and did not clean inside the refrigerator (which I spent extra for). Pictures attached. They were at my apartment for over five hours and were very unorganized, running out of time. My bedroom floors are now severely scratched and I am the idiot who did not get a COI before allowing them to enter my home. Why they even decided to move the bed around I do not know. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. However, they eventually responded to all my calls and emails and refunded me the $600. Be careful.
