Not only did our outdoor unit need replaced but also our air handler unit inside our garage. Needless to say, we weren't going to get any relief immediately. We were able schedule them to come back out a day later. They arrived promptly at 8am and spent the next 10 1/2 hours working on getting us some cool air. At one point it was 89 degrees inside and 96 outside so we were more than ready to have it back up and running. The crew were very friendly and kept us informed throughout the day. Two small downfalls: - they didn't have a filter for our brand new unit and weren't real sure on the size. This meant two trips to the store at 7pm on a Friday night to try and find the correct filter. - the tape they use to secure the wiring and such hasn't been able to withstand the Florida rain or heat. So, we'll have to figure something out.
