I was excited to try this place for both me and my partners' birthdays this week-- especially after seeing they had vegan items for me. Unfortunately, after we were seated, no one came to take our order. After over 15 minutes, we just decided to leave. When we left, there wasn't even anyone by the front anymore to ask what was wrong! Super disappointing; looking for another last minute birthday spot I guess!

Had a delicious late lunch here. Arrived 30 min before closing. Tried: green salad, mint chutney, pakora, saag paneer, butter chicken, vegetable basmati rice and some other tasty treats. I love the buffet because I can try a bit of some new dishes and also go back to my classic faves. The fresh naan brought to my table was straight out of the oven and delicious The service was kind and unassuming. There are almost no Indian lunch buffets open midweek so Palace is a treasure

I recently got this delivered from doordash as I was really craving Indian cuisine. I must say it arrived piping hot, which I appreciate because we know how mobile ordering sometimes arrives lukewarm. I got the Chicken Tikka Marsala(mild) but I must admit there was no spice at all in this dish. The chicken portions were also very minimal, the tin was filled mostly with sauce. This came with white rice, which paired well, and I ordered garlic naan on the side. The naan was amazing! My only complaint would be they only give you one. I really feel the food distribution may have been lunch sizing and not dinner. I would try this again, but I would sit in person so I can give it a fair chance for service and environment.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]walked into a very pleasant atmosphere, was greeted by the host at the door who in fact opened the door as soon as they saw us arriving.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were immediately given water and asked what drinks we would like. I ordered the tandoori paneer, and my husband ordered the tandoori chicken and the cheese naan which is a game changer! Delicious! The paneer was just amazing and i couldn't get enough of it and what a big portion. The spices were on point and there were large pieces of peppers and onions mixed in that gave it more flavors, you can taste the tandoori oven smoke. My husband's chicken tandoori was a very nice size and also the flavors were spectacular. Each dish was accompanied by a Dahl Makhani soup which was delicious and a nice touch. We definitely will be back. One side note, the very nice woman busser had her hair down and in-front of her face and when she was bringing waters and food to table and putting dishes on table she held the dishes high near the ends of her hair and when she bent forward her hair was touching the dishes. I advised the service staff and they corrected it. Hair should be tied back when working in any food establishment near food. But other than that this is our new go to place!

I recently had the chance to visit a cozy Indian spot near the Nova campus, and I'm honestly glad I did. It's the kind of place that makes you feel right at home with bold, comforting food flavors--and with a few thoughtful updates, it has the potential to become a go-to for the local student crowd. The food was definitely the highlight. I tried the Gobi Manchurian, and the cauliflower was perfectly crispy with that signature Indo-Chinese kick. The Chili Paneer had great flavor--tangy, spicy, and satisfying--though the paneer could've used a bit more crisp to match the texture of the gobi. Still, both dishes were super enjoyable and paired really well together. The Yellow Dal Soup was warm, simple, and soothing--exactly the kind of dish that hits the spot on a chill day. But the Mango Lassi? Absolute fire. Highly recommend! [[HIGHLIGHT]]As much as the food speaks for itself, I couldn't help but think the space could benefit from a bit of a vibe refresh. With Nova University just around the corner, updating the ambiance to something more modern or casual-chic could make a big difference in drawing in the younger crowd.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Think cozy lighting, fun music, maybe even a mural wall or Instagram-friendly corner. Also, introducing a few new, playful dishes or rotating specials--maybe street food-inspired plates or fusion bites--could add that "what's new this week?" energy. And while you're at it, student lunch deals or discounts would be a great move to bring in regulars from campus who are always on the lookout for affordable, flavorful meals! Bottom line: The owner and his son are SO personable and kind and make you feel right at home. Go here if you want a taste of good people with a bonus of great food :)

A little bit of India in Florida... Parking: easy! It is in a Winn-Dixie shopping center with ample parking Food: we got Dahl this time and didn't find it as great as other items we had previously. Their chicken tikka is to die for! Service: I didn't find the hostess to be warm and inviting. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Atmosphere/vibe: we have never dined in. We always do takeout. The restaurant looks authentically Indian and we would love to try dining there one day[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Age group: not sure Bathroom: didn't use it Return: yes

    Vegetarian Appetizer Platter

[[HIGHLIGHT]]From the staff to the ambiance to the food. Everything was exquisite.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Didn't realize it offered a buffet style restaurant as well as à la carte ordering. I stopped by for to go dishes like their appetizer platter, butter chicken and their chicken curry, and was welcomed to try other meals in the buffet line because their owner is simply the best. Thank you.

I had been wanting to try this place for a while and decided to order takeout after a heavy workout, so I was starved. They answer in person on the phone and took my order, and it was ready when we got there within 15 minutes. I didn't get to see the inside since I waited in the car while my friend picked it up. We got a butter, chicken, Palak paneer and lots of naan. The food was so delicious and flavorful, exactly the right amount of spice for each level, and lots of extra sauce for dipping our naan. So yummy. The butter chicken was especially creamy and lasted me for 2 meals. I will definitely be back!

Chick peas, lamb, and two kinds of chicken

I have not been to the Palace in many years. Went with a friend for the lunch buffet to give it another try. The dining area for the buffet is plain. (There is a fancier area on the other side with colorful tablecloths, but I'm not sure who is served there.) There were no samosas. And I forgot to ask why they were missing. The naan is not on the buffet but provided once you sit down to eat. The bean dish was a bit too mushy for me (almost pureed), the chana (chick pea) masala was good, and the lamb was a bit dry. The chicken dishes were the standout, with the butter chicken melting in my mouth. The tandoori came out after I had eaten, so I did not try it. My friend said it was good, but spicy. Both rice dishes were a bit undercooked. So, I sopped up my gravies with the naan. The two offerings for dessert were a fruit in a yogurt kind of mixture and a rice pudding. Both were good. But I liked the rice pudding better. I really missed not having some plain vegetable dishes (no beans) like cauliflower or carrots. There was a spinach dish; but it had cheese, and I am lactose intolerant. The buffet was $19.99 each. We had a buy 1 get 1 50% off coupon. So we paid $30 plus tax for two people. The servers were very nice and extremely attentive (refilling the water often).

Garlic naan, cheese kulcha, potato kulcha. Served nice and warm!

I'd definitely avoid the tempura as it didn't have the right coating and really didn't work with the broccoli. The best item was definitely the steak in my opinion. The sushi rolls was alright and there was a wide selection, but some of the sashimi didn't taste the freshest. They had a decent amount of salads around the corner, but I didn't take part in any. Another great thing was the dessert bar. I really love almond cookies, so I was elated to see them there. Their orange slices were perfectly sweet. Some of their cakes weren't had either. I also love when buffets have a good selection of ice creams, so it was nice to see they had several flavors. I got pistachio, which was just okay in flavor, but nice that there were bits of pistachio in it. I also got green tea which was a little disappointing, but there was a tinge of tea flavor. I think I got a chocolate one as well, which was tasty. The bathrooms were nice and clean. The staff was friendly and came by frequently to top off our drinks.

I am writing to report a severe customer service failure at your 12375 Pembroke RD, Pembroke Pines FL 33025 restaurant on this day, June 13, 2026 at approximately 3:11-3:25pm. My server, Reymen, tall Karen, Asian or Chinese maybe was extremely hostile and explicitly cursed at me before my family and I before leaving the restaurant. As a paying customer, being subjected to vulgar language and verbal abuse from your staff is completely unacceptable. This behavior violates basic workplace standards and hospitality rules. I request that corporate management investigates this incident, reviews the store camera footage if necessary, and takes disciplinary action. I expect a response detailing how this is being handled. Receipt/Transaction ID# 506141378223635, total amount adding up to $68.42 with NO Tip (of which I wrote on the Merchant's Receipt. As I approached the counter to pay, Reymen rudely told me to hurry up. I told him that I was sorry. I didn't know that he was waiting on me. He asked me if I had already given him my credit card? I quickly told him that I really don't like his tone. He quickly said, "I don't care!" I asked him what did he meant by saying he didn't care... I asked him for his manger, said he was the manager, went on and on saying he didn't care. The lady at the counter said there is no manager, when I asked her for his higher up. I asked few workers about his higher up manager. The frontline person behind me asked me to explain the situation. He smiled and looked at Reymen several times as I was explaining. On my way leaving he kept cursing at me profusely. At one point, he advised me that there are cameras everywhere because I was looking up at the cloud ceiling design my son was admiring. I told Reymen that I hope the cameras could hear the filthy words he was saying to me. Other people around and his co-workers heard him including customers. My son left asking him why was he cursing at me. We went to celebrate my mom's 75th birthday and it was not a good experience at all. She was shocked on the way Reymen was speaking to me. Because I didn't curse back at him, I hope Reymen don't think I would just let that go.

This place is built on a strong foundation of great people. From the entertainment, to the restaurants, to the dealers, to the slot experience, to valet and management, the overall level of service is genuinely impressive. It is one of the few places that consistently delivers a high energy, high quality experience every time I walk in. That being said, there are levels to service. And every once in a while, you come across someone who doesn't just do their job well... they elevate the entire experience. For me, that person is Katia. I've been helped by hundreds of servers over the years, but Katia is on a completely different level. She is attentive, professional, sharp, and most importantly, she understands people. She has an incredible ability to read the moment and adjust her energy perfectly. If I'm down a couple thousand and having a rough session, she knows exactly how to lighten the mood with the right comment, the right humor, or simply the right presence. And somehow, you end up walking away feeling better regardless of the outcome. What really stands out is her memory and awareness. She remembers past wins, past conversations, and uses that to genuinely connect. That level of personalized service is rare. As someone who manages thousands of people, I don't give compliments like this lightly. Katia has leadership level qualities. The kind that you can't train easily. If I didn't respect this establishment so much, I would honestly try to recruit her myself. This review is not just about one person, because the entire Hard Rock team has always been great to me. That's why I keep coming back. But when Katia is there, the experience goes from great to exceptional. When you're spending real money and investing your time somewhere, service matters. Being remembered matters. And having someone who can turn your day around... that matters more than anything. Huge respect to the entire Hard Rock team. Another shout out to joseph in the customer care team who's never not been exceptional. And a special shoutout to Katia. You're elite at what you do. Forever a loyal customer.
