Caramel Flan - Flan de Caramelo

Decided to check this place out after seeing a Tik Tok video promotion this restaurant, and I was also craving some Colombian food. We were greeted at the door by some very friendly staff. I enjoyed the warm welcome and it made me miss my trips to Colombia. We didn't get any appetizers but we did ask for some recommendations and we were recommended to try the "Pollo en Champiñones" and the "Entraña steak". I typically get the Bandeja Paisa every time I go to a Colombian restaurant, but I like the idea of trying something new. We both tried the recommended dishes and they were very delicious. For dessert we had the flan and it was a bit dry but nonetheless enjoyable. As for the restaurant, it wasn't entirely busy and the place was clean. The service was quick and the staff were amazing. I will definitely be coming back for more as I fell in love with food and warm presence by the staff.

Definitely leave there with some treats for later.

The food is good for services. Great the ambience. It's chill... They were gracious enough to special make my meal... Be sure to try their pastries and of course you must have café con Leche claro. And definitely leave with some treats for later.

Pork with vegetables, yuca, rice, "salad", and soup

First time here. I Just ordered a cantina for the week. It's a decent price for what you're paying and actually getting. The food tastes good and the portions are ok. But it's mainly rice that you're getting with a tiny bit of lettuce and a slice of tomato for your salad and then whatever meat they have plus the soup. The soup it's probably the best part of the meal since it's a full cup and it's very good. Service wise, everyone so far seems very nice. I would always call in advance to pick up. But one of the days wasn't ready ... I do have a son so it was inconvenient for me to have to wait after 15 minutes. I took a picture of one of the cantinas I got.

    Plastic tag inside the soup

I ordered two rib soups and both of my soups had the plastic clip that holds vegetables together inside the soup, I saw this when I started eating the soup and immediately became disgusted by it and could not eat the rest of it. The next day I went to the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager, the employee at the counter asked me very roudly why I needed to speak to the manager , I proceeded explain to him what happened, I even showed him a picture. He said okay I'll inform the manager. That's all! no apology , no trying to make it better, not even an attempt to go get the manager. The restaurant was completely empty when I picked up my food on Saturday night and now I understand why. Terrible customer service and terrible food.

I Was at the social security off for 4 hours next door and decided to try this place out when I left. The food and service were great! I ordered Bandeja paisa (white rice, beans, sausage, egg, pork, steak, avocado and arepa) 9/10. Beef empanada 10/10 and tres Leche 8/10. The ambiance was nice and pleasant in the restaurant. There's a big screen tv displayed and an open bar! I would go back to try something different!

This is my go to spot for my Colombian bakery fix. They ALWAYS have Pandebonos, buñuelos (big and small!), Colombian cheese bread, and just a ton of other snacks and desserts. Their baked goods are always fresh and their staff is super friendly and helpful. They have some weekends for dancing and partying, which I have yet to go. The place is welcoming and comfortable with a nice atmosphere. Once you try it this will be your go-to spot. Oh and their regular food is amazing! That chuleta caleña was perfectly done.

I was at the social security office in the same plaza and saw this Colombian restaurant. So glad i decided to try it out. I got the pandeja paisa and it was bomb!!! Comes with rice, beans, avocado, steak, and chicarones. Food was delicious and authentic! Definitely a must try!

Servers were not attentive. We felt like we were bothering them. Food was just ok, portions small. Will not go back.

With just the right amount of coconut and freshly squeezed lime it's the perfect drink to cool you off. I ordered the fried egg stuffed arepa, hmmmm very tasty! I then tried their beef empanada with their home made salsa. Best Colombian empanada I've ever had! The perfect crunch on the outside and mouth watering flavor on the inside. My husband ordered the mini bandeja paisa which includes rice, red beans, ground beef, fried pork belly, sausage, sweet plantain, a fried egg and a small arepa.... need I say more! It's a party of flavors in your mouth! I will come back to order their other menu items and two more coconut lemonades as mentioned in the Miami.com article, "you will never look twice at a regular lemonade again!" http://www.miami.com/things-to-do-in-miami/yellow-green-farmers-market-is-in-broward-but-its-totally-worth-the-drive-miami-188855/

The Yellow Green Farmers Market is a foodie paradise with lots of food to choose from. Today, we…read moretried Pasabocas de Colombia because the pictures we saw on their menu were just too good to pass on. As a starter we tried the Spinach empanada and the beef empanada. They were so fresh and steamy on the inside. If you're not familiar with Colombian empanadas, the batter is potato based and the filling has some chunks of potato in it. It is amazing! I've had a lot of different types of empanadas in my day and these are my absolute favorite! They are just so flavorful and the texture is so heavenly, it's a party in your mouth. The only problem is that as soon as I finish one, I immediately want another. They just go down so easily, I think it's because the batter is light and flaky compared to others. Ok, enough talk about the empanadas, I realize I'm starting to sound crazy... but I just love them so much! We also had a papa rellena, stuffed potato with a rice and ground beef filling. This also had a nice flaky crust and lots of flavor. As our main meal we had an egg stuffed arepa and a mini bandeja paisa. The egg stuffed arepa was good but the bandeja paisa was even better. It's a bowl with rice, saucy red beans, a small arepa, sausage, chicharrón, beef, a sweet plantain slice and why not? A beautiful fried egg on top! phew! I know it's a mouthful. It's comfort food in a perfect package. Honestly, I tasted only about half of the meats because my hubby scarfed it down way too fast. But I sopped up the saucy rice and beans with the arepa and was a happy camper. Lastly, I drank a coconut lemonade which was so refreshing that I even got another one to go. I will absolutely be making this one of my new go to places!

First of all, my girlfriends and I bought 4 tickets to see the show. No one was checking tickets at the door so we could have come without tickets at all. We felt like we were scammed from the get go. Second, service was just abysmal. It took almost 30 minutes just for the server to come see us. Then the bottle of wine we ordered ($50 for a bottle of Josh) took another 20 minutes to get there. No water. The food was almost inedible. I'm not a person who EVER sends things back but this time I did because the mofongo was so dry I couldn't even swallow it. And the burlesque show....
