This big store at about 5:45 on a Tuesday only had two team members in site. Went in for 8 copies…read moreand to get those papers laminated. I was made to wait 15-20 minutes to receive service because the girl was helping another nice couple... fine... that can happen. She finished them up, rung me up. I was quoted 10 minutes and after 20 minutes inquired to my wait because she continually worked the counter next to her manager. The 10 minutes turned into 40 kids were waiting for dinner. I paid for 10 mil on 3 sheet, but instead received some BS line that something wasn't working after my long wait. I received the items untrimmed and had to do so myself. 1 hour and 10 minutes at a dead store to get 8 sheets printed and laminated... and it wasn't isolated to a random employee... the manager allowed this to happen. The girl working the counter was very nice, but unfortunately inefficient. Nice to apologize for the extra wait time to the couple before me, then apologized to me expecting that 20 minutes into my wait with no work started it was appropriate. The manager standing next to her tried to justify vs mitigate the issue. Also worth noting there was a third team member eventually who was hard to spot because he was wearing a brown leather jacket over his red work shirt. I mention, because during the initial wait period I was looking to pay for an additional item which was no apparent of efficient.

I asked if…read morethey could make some certain holes in it, and the guy said he could do it in an hour. came back in an hour and told me that his manager said it wasn't (a priority) because I was a buying customer, which I don't understand how that works. I came back to the store before it closed to check if it was done, but it wasn't. Someone else told me that it would be ready tomorrow, but there was nothing they could do about it. They were sorry for my experience with the manager saying that I wasn't a priority. When I came back four holes on top, five holes on the bottom, and not even at all, not centered at all. It seemed like they did a terrible job and just put it together and told me to take it and leave. I waited two days and came four times before it should have been ready, besides the banner being ready already. I just asked for some holes around the banner. It was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. They should have accommodated me and said, "Hey, sir, I'm sorry to hear that. We'll be done in an hour for literally just making holes on the banner. Let me know that there are 50 people in the line, and he can't assist me when there are five people on the floor.

The shop is nicely stocked with all sorts of supplies to help with packing boxes. Although the shop is rather small, they also offer fun and random items for sale. The prices are fairly reasonable and they also sell boxes. The door not only lists their opening hours, but the time for pickups as well. I must admit that technology can be challenging for some individuals, and it's clear that not everyone is suited for computer-based tasks. Everywhere else I've been, Staples employees at either location seemed put off by requests for assistance, but Jaclyne was a breath of fresh air. She didn't hesitate to provide help, going above and beyond to ensure everything was done to perfection. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for customers are outstanding.
