On the bright side, service was quick and it was quiet. The tandoori shrimp had great flavor and a nice char. Butter chicken momos were rich and satisfying, and the veggie Hakka was solid--light and flavorful. The tandoor chicken momos, though, were way too spicy for me--heat kind of overwhelmed everything else. I also wish I'd gone with steamed momos instead of fried--might've enjoyed the texture more. The masala chai at the end hit the spot--spiced well and not too sweet. Overall, it's not a must-visit, but definitely worth checking out if you're curious about Indian fusion. Their Butter chicken is decent and the flavour is stronger than other places. The naan is decent as well. What stands out the most are the coconut naan and lamb rogan josh - The coconut naan is always rich with coconut and the lamb rogan josh has good flavour, good cuts of meat and overall good ratio/balance. The only potential improvement is to have the pieces of meat to be more consistently sized...so I'd give them 9/10

I loved my meal here! We came at an oddball time of day, so it wasn't very busy... but there were a few dishes passing by that made me feel like I wanted to try everything. We were mainly here to try the dosa. We asked about a lot of the dishes and our server explained a lot of things. We ended up both ordering the special aloo paneer dosa, which was super tasty. The coconut chutney and sambar that came with it was so good. Just love this depth and contrast of flavours. The dining room feels suited to an evening meal. Somewhat elegant but not stuffy. Worth digging deeper into this menu, in my opinion. Can't wait to try again, dosas et al.

The gal behind the counter (Nancy) shared with me that this location opened about 2.5 months ago while the 124th street location has been going strong +2 years now. She was patient and very informative with the menu for recommendations today as well as in the future. I used the washroom while waiting for my to go order and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and spaciousness (as well as handicap accessibility which is a big plus my family). I settled on a palek paneer wrap (spinach cheese) and a tandoori chicken wrap (with delicious potatoes in it!). I sipped on housemade chai while the wraps were prepared. Nancy shared with me that the chai is ground/made in house. I also snuck a peek at their dessert counter which had me drooling and most definitely planning a return visit with the kids! More than the typical Indian fare here - I definitely want to try the hot gulab jamun with ice cream!
